"On my next visit, I ordered takeout. I tried the Gulfport sushi roll, but after just one bite, I realized it tasted off and fishy. This was surprising since I had previously enjoyed their white fish in a different roll called the Out of Control Roll, which was perfectly fresh.
I returned to the restaurant to let them know about the issue with my roll and requested a swap for another roll of the same price, considering I had already paid $13.95 for the Gulfport roll. However, the staff member insisted that his fish was “fresh” and refused to do anything about it, claiming I just didn't like the roll. This was frustrating because as a loyal customer who has enjoyed their white fish in the past, it seemed unlikely that I would suddenly dislike a specific roll.
At this point, I feel I can get just as good sushi at H-E-B, and that's where I will be taking my business from now on."
