"This was our first meal since arriving in NY. We were really impressed, especially the view of Times Square. We ordered 2 sharing starters and our main courses. our main courses arrived but still no starters. I questioned this and was told it was coming. Half way through eating mains the starters were brought out 1 being traditional Mac Cheese. Son started to eat some after he had finished his burger, only to find the had brought the lobster Mac Cheese. By the time they had replaced it with what we actually ordered no one really wanted it so it was wasted. To top it off we were then told when paying that we had to select one of the tip options making this compulsory. Not a good experience over all."
