"We had been so looking forward to our dinner at Story with another couple whom we invited to dine with us that evening. We were seated close to the front door which was rather chilly and there were other tables available. Our waiter was rather matter of fact and lacked making you feel welcome. The wait staff has as much to do with your overall experience as your food does. The atmosphere is rather cold and sterile and that’s coming from someone who is a minimalist. I’m bummed that we had a very expensive evening out and all walked away thinking WOW that wasn’t the evening/dining experience that we were hoping for or expected…"

"We came to Sage upon recommendation from friends that we were visiting here in Tallahassee. We were celebrating our anniversary and hoped for a wonderful experience as it was a highly recommended restaurant. From the moment we sat down and had to wait 15 minutes before the server even came to the table with water to the hour and 45 minute wait before we got our meal the experience was abysmal. There was no explanation Other than they were backed up. The restaurant wasn’t even that full yet our table and all of the tables around us were waiting for over an hour for any food to show up. The only time the manager showed up was at the end while they were serving all of the tables at the same time approximately an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes after ordering. When we complained to her that we had ordered well before any of our tables she said well I’m just trying to be transparent here we want to plate everything all at once. When the food finally arrived it was not edible. I ordered the most expensive plate on the menu which was the bone in ribeye. There was no meat in the ribeye it was pure fat and gristle. My wife’s dish was severely under cooked. Your first mistake was hiring a millennial as the manager of this restaurant. You will be losing customers left and right. It was clear that she was way out of her league and way over her head and offered no explanation of why this restaurant runs so poorly in her hands. I will never go to this place again and if this is the best that Tallahassee can offer ? Well. I guess there’s a reason why Tallahassee isn’t a culinary destination."

"service was friendly, efficient, but not rushed. hanger steak was tender and cooked for perfection. lachs also exceptionally well done. we share an appetizer eggplant rollatini, which was delicious and served on two plates. Live music in the bar area, but not overwhelming in the dining area."

"This was our first time dining at Casey's. We had heard from coworkers that this new restaurant in our area was worth a visit, so we decided to try it out. And we were blown away! This independently owned restaurant is fantastic. The food is fresh, the portions are generous, and the service was quick and friendly. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Jonathan, who truly made us feel like our experience mattered to him. The craft cocktails at Casey's are unique and unlike anything else in the Tampa area. We have found our new favorite restaurant and can't wait to return for another visit."

"The food was excellent for the most part although the soup dumplings were a miss. The vibe is cool and the space is nice with an intimate bar area. It would have been a star experience except for the fact that our server was awful. If the hospitality industry is making her this miserable, she should probably look for a job where she doesnât have to interact with people. She barely responded to our requests, was not friendly or kind at all and acted put out that she even had to interact with us. We will totally go back again but only if we can have a different server!"

"One of my favorite places to sit, chat, n have margarita or mojito with some Guacamole n chips ???? I really do miss them prepping the Guac ???? table-side but I fired there is COVID still out here. I did however did see the guac station by the bararea therefore I knew they still made it the old way. My friend and I had a blast with the server, enjoyed our food and drinksand we both walked out a little tipsy ????"

"Over the years we’ve enjoyed many nights at Frascati and it’s our go-to for special occasions. The law of finished returns simply does not apply at Frascati. The food is simply superb, made to order and to perfection. The deserts are designed in house and taste amazing. They don’t offer cocktails, only beer and wine with after dinner coffee/tea available. The service is always welcoming and efficient, checking in without being overbearing. Value for money is certainly something subjective, but considering the quality of the food I think the pricing is always appropriate. Could not recommend Frascati highly enough, and as always we look forward to our next meal at this wonderful restaurant."

"We really enjoyed this restaurant. As soon as you walk in the spices light up your senses. We met both the owners who are very friendly. As you can see from the picture it has a festive colorful environment. They had some very nice electronic menus to order from that popped up images of all the food items. Their son develop this for e menue. It was nice to find they had lots of vegetarian and vegan options. We had several appetizers of eggplant okra cauliflower and vegetable samosas. In addition we split the Chana masala and dal takda along with basmati rice and tandoori roti wheat bread. I told my wife we need to learn how to do Indian cooking, until then we will be coming back here!"

"Prices are too high for the small portion sizes and quality. Shame on me for not ordering online so I would have seen the prices and total but we ordered two entrees, naan, and two appetizers and they charged us $95.We only came here because our usual place (Curry Leaf in Harleysville) was closed. We found out the hard way that Taste of India’s Chicken Tikka Masala entrees are twice the price with half the chicken compared to Curry Leaf.My family usually eats all the food when we do Indian but the night we ordered from here the food went 80% uneaten. Even the naan seemed like it was from a freezer. Yet, despite the price gouging and food quality, the main reason I am writing this review is how smugly the person handing me my food was when he said “by the way, I made sure to give you two things of rice.” I asked, “right… because I ordered two entrees?” And he clarified, “no, you only get one rice when you order two entrees but I gave you two” (as if he was doing me a favor giving me rice with my entrees, something that is a given any place I have ordered from). In other words, their rice policy is that you either get a half order of rice or no rice at all if you only order one $25 entree. That kind of policy is consistent with the food we unpacked at home. The quantity of chicken between the “two” entrees was about the amount of one proper dish. I suspect they are making one dish and serving it as two, charging $50, and telling you they’re doing you a favor."

"Cardamom is only just ok, its not amazing by any stretch. It should be better fare given its proximity to the excellent Indian restaurants in Jackson Heights. Too bad. The prices are VERY high for what you get honestly. Im not usually one to complain about cost either. Imo the entrees are about $10 over what they should be for the quality and size of the dish. Had the 42. Tikka Masala and the 43. Korma been $15 and $16 respectively I would have said they were a good value but since they are $25 and $26 dishes I expect more in terms of quality. There were 5 or 6 chunks of overcooked chicken in the 42. Tikka Masala and about the same of the nameless white fish (my guess is tilapia) in the 43. Korma. No complaints about the 69. Garlic Naan and the 6. Mango Chutney both were tasty and reasonably priced. Sunnysiders just shouldnt settle for sub par Indian fare."

"After explicitly specifying no dairy numerous times, and being assured there was no dairy, I asked the waiter what something was on my plate that looked like the mint chutney that had dairy. One of the servers lied to me and said it was not the mint chutney. Another came out, asked if I was allergic to dairy (after previously assuring me that it had no dairy) and then proceeded to tell me there was dairy because the appetizer was no good without the mint chutney. The lying and the attempted cover up are inexcusable. If I could provide fewer than 2 stars, I certainly would. (2 is the lowest possible for veg restaurants)"

"Greeted, seated, attended to on a Friday night w/ reservation 6:30p . It was suggested from the kitchen to try an appetizer Off menu 5 star “I rate it 5 star off the charts “ paired with a scrumptious port. Main entree was delectable met with great anticipation and did not disappoint. Cocktails prior to dinner arrived promptly overall service was excellent. The new owner knows what he is doing. I strongly recommend this restaurant in general most especially for dinner."

"This was my first time visiting this location. I had the Perfect margarita on the rocks. It was a bit tart, and the bartender added some agave. It was good. My friend and I also had frozen margaritas with sangria and prickly pear flavors added. They were very good. We had the queso flameado with beef fajitas added. It was tasty, but the portion of fajitas was very small. Our server recommended the chorizo, which I will try next time. Our entree was the puffy taco plate with chicken. The tacos were delicious."

"I can see returning in warmer weather to enjoy the large, pet friendly patio or possibly a sports event in the equally large bar area but as other posts pointed out the dining room experience was mixed. Food and wait service was excellent but bus staff was overly anxious to clear plates overall creating a rushed vibe. Ambiance was unsettled. We were seated in extremely close proximity to another party of 2 in an otherwise empty large dining room making us feel like Intruders on their evening and vice versa. The price for all menu items felt higher than the norm and there was a 4% surcharge on top of that for labor and operations. There are just better options for an evening out in Santa Cruz."

"The ambiance was absolutely stunning and romantic, making for a beautiful dining experience. The bread served was the best we've ever tasted. The wait staff provided exceptional service, though there was nearly an hour's wait before our entrees arrived (we didn’t order any appetizers). While the flavor of the steak was excellent, it wasn't cooked to the proper temperature. As it's a new restaurant, we believe they might still be ironing out some issues. It is a bit pricey, and most of the wine options are only available by the bottle. Despite these hiccups, we would definitely be willing to give it another try!"

"I am looking to write a credible review without exaggeration, which is difficult. We dine out every weekend 50% through OpenTable. Harvest Moon served a horrific meal. The Mushroom Soup Appetizer was cold despite the bowl being red hot. Our entrees (also cold/not luke warm) also lacked flavor. My wife (who mostly dislikes salt) placed salt on her food to finish half the meal. Worst of all, it was 50 minutes from the time our appetizers were taken away until our entrees arrived, and I saw the waitress checking the kitchen so it was not her service. She tried, although I suggest a more experienced waitress would have acknowledged the situation to us (the customer) and/or apologized. However, we did not hold it against her providing a 25% tip. The online menu is inaccurate too. I would not return for a free meal."

"Entering the restaurant on a Saturday night makes you wonder, whether you are in the right spot, as outside there is a noisy party-crowd … but inside, the restaurant is as you would expect a down-to-earth Seafood place: savvy by friendly staff, good variety of food and cooks, that know how to handle!"

"Great food! We had the samosas, Malai kofta, paneer tikka masala, chicken 65 and hakka noodles (very delicious), everything was an absolutely hit! We gobbled our food so quick that I couldn?t take pictures. Good quantity, all that was amongst 4 of us andwe ended up packing some of it to go. Everything was very well made, great taste and not something that will make you feelbloated at the end of your meal (most places use a lot of soda, and this food did not seem to have that, which isgreat) Friendly staff, good recommendations and service. Definitely one of the places we would dine in or order out frequently."

"Great service, excellent food, nice ambience in the patio area. They have mister fans in the patio that make even the heat of Austin bearable. The inside was very noisy so preferred to sit outside. Food was very tasty, very authentic, not your typical “mexican” stuff. Presented very artfully. Great cocktails. Service was with the most beautiful smiles!"

"We had a nice dinner over there Christmas eve and did the Festival of Lights after. It's a nice restaurant, bit fireplace with a couch in front of it that we relaxed on for a bit after dinner. Wife got the trout special which was very good and I got the NY strip. The food was good, service was good, just nothing spectacular and a bit pricey for what you get. I think if you sat outside on a warm day your experience might be better. The grounds up there are beautiful, but it was dark when we went.."
