"For the $150 per person fee for Valentines I feel like the value we receive was about $15 per person. Aside from the initial course which was supposed to be chilled or at room temperature, everything that was supposed to be warmed was tepid. We were there for almost 2 hours and had had a total of three of the five small courses. The tartare was good, the ravioli was good, the scallops tasted like they have been dropped in a bucket of salt and were not even warm. At that point, we called it a night and had them pack up the remaining courses to go. The main server was good, but the person bringing out courses who we were told was a hostess helping out was very rude. Her manner made it clear she felt like serving was beneath her. Needless to say, I will not go back."

"The saltwater grill has been a Galveston staple for some time. I was encouraged that the menu was updated with new items while keeping some of their best offerings. I swear the Shanghai Delight is strewn with Prozac because I am always happy when I eat it. This time I tried one of their new "naked" offerings in the hope that the fish would be allowed to shine. I had the grilled redfish which was done perfectly - the very thin edges were a little crispy and caramelized, but the fish was still moist and flavorful. I missed the bread - this was one of the few restaurants in town that started with something substantial, so I was pretty disappointed when a small pot of crackers showed up instead of bread. The restaurant is very noisy - I was fine to hear my companions but there was no way I could hear the waiter well."

"This restaurant is my all time favorite. I like the way the menu changes for the different seasons. It's difficult to just pick one appetizer they all sound so fabulous. The dinner choices are equally delicious and keep you staring at the menu. I love their soups as well. You will not want to miss this place. Carlo greets us with a great big hug and Oscar helps out with our dinner choice because I want one of everything. He's a terrific waiter and always checks in on us. They even serve delicious desserts. Try and leave room for those... Food and staff make this place my number one restaurant."

"We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service."

"The food was excellent for the most part although the soup dumplings were a miss. The vibe is cool and the space is nice with an intimate bar area. It would have been a star experience except for the fact that our server was awful. If the hospitality industry is making her this miserable, she should probably look for a job where she doesnât have to interact with people. She barely responded to our requests, was not friendly or kind at all and acted put out that she even had to interact with us. We will totally go back again but only if we can have a different server!"

"Decided to try this place because of the great reviews but I still don 't know why it 's so highly recommended...The waiter kept coming around after serving us drinks pretty much telling us to try the table guacamole This guacamole was some of the worst I have ever tried. There was no flavor on it (No salt, no lemon, no cilantro) I would have sent it back if my friend hadn 't ordered it! I had the pictured Chile relleno for dinner which was just ok. One pepper with cheese in sauce with a side of beansI 'm used to having a little bit of rice and maybe a small salad with it. The place got really loud towards the end of my meal but I guess that 's expected since they have tequila. I would not recommend this place as Chicago has so many better authentic Mexican food options."

"Wonderful dinner at Frascati! Got our favorite table upstairs by the open window. Delightful Rebecca took great care of our every need. Excellent burrata appetizer, incredibly tender pork chop, decadent seafood pasta and homemade desserts, including homemade, hand churned peanut butter cookie ice cream made by Rebecca herself. Wish we lived closer we would be there every week! But a great spot for a special occasion"

"We really enjoyed this restaurant. As soon as you walk in the spices light up your senses. We met both the owners who are very friendly. As you can see from the picture it has a festive colorful environment. They had some very nice electronic menus toorder from that popped up images of all the food items. Their son develop this for e menue. It was nice to find they had lots ofvegetarian and vegan options. We had several appetizers of eggplant okra cauliflower and vegetable samosas. In addition wesplit the Chana masala and dal takda along with basmati rice and tandoori roti wheat bread. I told my wife we need to learnhow to do Indian cooking, until then we will be coming back here!"

"Prices are too high for the small portion sizes and quality. Shame on me for not ordering online so I would have seen the prices and total but we ordered two entrees, naan, and two appetizers and they charged us $95.We only came here because our usual place (Curry Leaf in Harleysville) was closed. We found out the hard way that Taste of India’s Chicken Tikka Masala entrees are twice the price with half the chicken compared to Curry Leaf.My family usually eats all the food when we do Indian but the night we ordered from here the food went 80% uneaten. Even the naan seemed like it was from a freezer. Yet, despite the price gouging and food quality, the main reason I am writing this review is how smugly the person handing me my food was when he said “by the way, I made sure to give you two things of rice.” I asked, “right… because I ordered two entrees?” And he clarified, “no, you only get one rice when you order two entrees but I gave you two” (as if he was doing me a favor giving me rice with my entrees, something that is a given any place I have ordered from). In other words, their rice policy is that you either get a half order of rice or no rice at all if you only order one $25 entree. That kind of policy is consistent with the food we unpacked at home. The quantity of chicken between the “two” entrees was about the amount of one proper dish. I suspect they are making one dish and serving it as two, charging $50, and telling you they’re doing you a favor."

"If youre reading this review because youre on the fence about ordering, then this is your sign to go for it. The absolute BEST Paneer Tikka Masala Ive ever had. The perfect amount of spice and flavor. Long after Ive finished my meal, maybe even days later, Im still thinking about how delicious it was. Ive ordered from here a few times and every time was amazing. This is my favorite place in Queens. Maybe even all of New York City. Stop reading and order now. You owe it to yourself to get the best."

"The Mexican-style dishes here are delicious and fresh, all offered at excellent prices. My personal favorite is the cheese enchiladas, but you really can't go wrong with anything on their menu."

"My colleagues and I had reservations at 12 noon and was seated promptly. Since Burmese restaurant are rear in the area, we were really looking forward to this experience. While we weren't in a hurry, the restaurant was. Drinks were ordered and they pushed to have a food order at the same time. We choose to wait to order the food until the drinks were brought to us. We ordered the Burmese style beef and goat stew as well as the Moh Hin Ga (Fish Noodle Soup). While the sauces of the meat stews were nice, it wasn't spectacular! The stew meats were definitely not tender. If you enjoy tough meat, then these dishes are for you. Additionally, the Moh Hin Ga was lacking in flavor and in my colleagues words: "would not order it again". Also, soft drinks and iced tea and refilled complimentary. Given the rush and the below average experience, will not be going back. Given there their great Yelp ratings, there seems to be a lot of patrons that like it. Maybe we just attended them on a bad day or the normal Chef was not present that day..."

"My significant other placed reservations here for dinner since we’ve never been and wanted to try something new. The restaurant’s aesthetic is unique and the atmosphere wasn’t too loud. They seated us as soon as we got in (we were 5-10 minutes early). We were seated towards the back of the restaurant near the Silo room. It was nice and quiet there throughout our dinner. We ordered a couple cocktails and the miso butter glazed pork belly for starters. Then, we ordered the fried chicken chipotle sandwich with a side of truffle fries and the truffle champignon pizza for our entrees. Everything from the food to the service was exceptional. We have to thank our server, Jules, for our excellent first dining experience here. She was able to anticipate our needs and would check in on us throughout our dinner. I recommended my friends and family to try out this place. Needless to say, we will be coming back here again!"

"Absolutely amazing! The muscles were just so good, we had to get more bread so we could sop up the sauce. The blackened catfish and shrimp and grits were perfect and delicious. They also gave us a little basket of the the most delicious bread and corn bread muffins in the world! But definitely, the best thing we ate was the bananas foster!! SOOOO GOOD! One small complaint, is that the lobster Rangoon did not seem worth the price. They were pretty good, but you only get 3"

"I can see returning in warmer weather to enjoy the large, pet friendly patio or possibly a sports event in the equally large bar area but as other posts pointed out the dining room experience was mixed. Food and wait service was excellent but bus staff was overly anxious to clear plates overall creating a rushed vibe. Ambiance was unsettled. We were seated in extremely close proximity to another party of in an otherwise empty large dining room making us feel like Intruders on their evening and vice versa. The price for all menu items felt higher than the norm and there was a surcharge on top of that for labor and operations. There are just better options for an evening out in Santa Cruz."

"The ambiance was absolutely stunning and romantic, making for a beautiful dining experience. The bread served was the best we've ever tasted. The wait staff provided exceptional service, though there was nearly an hour's wait before our entrees arrived (we didn’t order any appetizers). While the flavor of the steak was excellent, it wasn't cooked to the proper temperature. As it's a new restaurant, we believe they might still be ironing out some issues. It is a bit pricey, and most of the wine options are only available by the bottle. Despite these hiccups, we would definitely be willing to give it another try!"

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we dealt with them before we did. We expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"We stopped at Urban Tandoor while visiting friends in the area. Peter, who we believe is the owner, was so attentive and helpful. He made excellent drink and appetizer recommendations and all of our food was top notch. The staff was all great. Some of the best biryani I’ve ever had. Definitely would go back if we’re in the area again."

"Firstly, this is one of the few restaurants I've been in that is actually immaculately clean and maintained. There were no surfaces aside from baseboards that showed even the faintest signs of wear. The wait staff is friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the food and where it's sourced from. Most, if not all, of the produce is locally sourced. We started with the Plata criolla and the empanadas. Both were really good, but the palta was stellar. Rarely are shrimp cooked this perfectly. My wife had the veggie plate and I had the churrasco. I felt that the veggie plate was about half the size it should have been, especially for the price, but everything on it was super tasty. The churrasco really shined here it seemed like a flank steak or something similar, but was in no way tough and was cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the different textures and flavors of the various potato cultivars that were served with the steak there is a much greater difference than you would think. My only complaint about the steak was that it should have had double the chimichurri on it, at least. The steak flavor was so bold you could barely even taste the chimichurri, which is usually a pretty bold flavor. We ordered the picarones and lucuma sundae for dessert, and both were really good. The doughnuts were just a tad overcooked, but otherwise tasty, and the syrup was delicious with a faint savory note to it. The dulce de leche combined with the lucuma ice cream was simply divine."

"We had a nice dinner over there Christmas eve and did the Festival of Lights after. It's a nice restaurant, bit fireplace with a couch in front of it that we relaxed on for a bit after dinner. Wife got the trout special which was very good and I got the NY strip. The food was good, service was good, just nothing spectacular and a bit pricey for what you get. I think if you sat outside on a warm day your experience might be better. The grounds up there are beautiful, but it was dark when we went.."
