"The atmosphere is great but the service is not good as of late. Today I called in an order that was supposed to be ready in ten minutes. I sat down and waited and waited and the people making the food were just talking until I got up and asked where my food was and they just handed it to me as it had been ready for a while. They know I was there because I reminded them of what I ordered then ordered some coffee. This is not the first time their orders take a long time and in this case it was because of workers being distracted. I don't like writing these types of reviews but I had previously emailed their store months ago about another experience and never heard back."
