"Today, I went back to Bambu and noticed that they had increased their prices and no longer offered free toppings. It used to be that you could choose 2-3 free toppings, but now they charge $0.50 for each topping. I ended up paying $14 for 2 drinks that were tasteless. Even my husband, who usually finishes his drinks, didn't like them and left half of his drink untouched (see attached image).
I hope the taste and quality of the drinks return to how they used to be, along with the promotions and deals, or even the loyalty points system."
