"I rarely eat at normal dining hours, but this day it was about 12:30pm when I got to the restaurant. I could see they were quite busy, which is, of course, a positive thing. The hostess came up to me and asked 'how many ' and I told her just myself. All tables are full right now, but some will open up soon, she said. I nodded and moved back toward the door out of the way. While my wait was only about 6 or 7 minutes, there were 3 other sets of customers that entered and queued up at the wait here to be seated sign. When a couple left and the table was cleared the hostess came right to me and led me to the table. I was sure she would have taken the person at the head of the queue. This was a good thing! I was seated and about 5 minutes later my order was taken. I ordered the Julie Club sandwich. Within 10 minutes I was eating a most delicious club sandwich: whole wheat bread, bacon, tomato, ham, mayo....just perfect. All personnel that I encountered were pleasant and friendly. I dinged one star on the atmosphere because the patrons were quite animated, having a good time. Me, I like it quiet. But, no big deal though. I highly recommend and I 'll be back next time I 'm in Kingsport!"
