"I didn’t get the clear idea of Valentine’s Day celebration. Since I was able to make a table for reservations for I was assuming I was going to be a part of Valentines celebration not realizing the celebration was from only Allen was very apologetic and sat us at another section of the room. The food was delicious but it was a very small portion. We had to ask for the. Bread We were really hungry. We were very disappointed but party my fault. I had tried to clarify when I made the on line reservations but was unable to get anyone on the phone. I tried quite a few times. Allen was very gracious and gave us complimentary tickets to the movie. Ashley was absolutely wonderful. She just had a lot to handle from being bartender and waitress at the same time. Allen was also handling the people coming in plus helping organize the event. It seems they were basically the only actually working. They deserve a lot of credit"

"Had to tell employee's twice that the women's room needed some attention while I saw several staff members just standing around. Several dying plants could have also used some attention. It is such a cool concept to be able to dine and watch a movie, but it just felt very underwhelming."

"Fun atmosphere and great food. Lived in and around Madison for years and never came across this place but glad I did. Menu has plenty of options for whatever you're in the mood for. The sauce in my pasta dish was very soupy but the artichoke dip and other entrees I tried were excellent. Looking forward to trying more things there. Service was better than just about every other place I've been."

"I'm putting my orders through mobile pick-up and they know me when I enter the door. I have almost zero. I had a couple of times where I had to wait for the hurry, but that happens in the food industry. my eating is always right and hot and fresh, which is commendable. they see that complaining about orders are wrong and that and that, but they only have to move with technology. loudspeakers are as people fall. at least with the app, they can get it right once and done. the personal is always pleasant and funny to talk to as we wait for a fries or something. this load deserves great kudos for their service. that is not something many companies have maintained in this whole pandemic nightmare."

"I only stop at this location magically when I’m on the road .I’ve only been to this location 2 timesThe first time they couldn’t mix my Slurpee. I had to buy two one of each flavor .They make up their own rules I’m not sure who they all are followings buts it’s wrong .Every time it’s the same experience.They never provide any type of customer service .This time when I went I ordered 30$ worth of food for my family .I couldn’t get my burger how I wanted .Then when I asked for a condiment I could only get 2.The manager Patty is rude she thinks she is whispering when she is talking trash right there on the front line .It’s like she isn’t a manager and can’t do anything .The woman heather went outside didn’t wash her hands and tried to come in and bag food ."

"All the kids got very sick the same day playing in the play yard. Dr. said it was HFMD. I called and warned the manager that it was from their location and was told that they have crew members that sanitize every FOUR HOURS. You'd think with HFMD on the rise this year, as well as Covid cases, they'd sanitize every two, if that? I've been here twice before and have never seen them actually go INTO the play yard to sanitize..Won't be returning. No wonder all the indoor playgrounds, and playgrounds in general are shutting down, so sad, just be safe!"

"I would rate this restaurant 5 stars if I could. Even though they mistakenly gave me the wrong sandwich (I had ordered the vegan meatball marinara sub but received the vegan steak and BBQ instead), the food was absolutely DELICIOUS. The freshly baked bread was a perfect 10/10, the vegan steak was also a 10/10, and the homemade BBQ sauce was a 10/10 as well. They offer a great variety of vegan and vegetarian sandwiches, with numerous options for the meat, vegetables, sauces, and breads, all vegan. "I stopped at this restaurant early yesterday morning on my way to Watkins Glen. Originally, we had parked at the Dunkin' Donuts nearby, but I suggested to my companion that we go to Burger King instead because I'm not a big fan of Dunkin'. I entered the restaurant and was promptly served. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant meal with hash browns and a coffee. I asked for my coffee with three creams and three sugars. The coffee wasn't as sweet as I usually like it, but it was hot and just what I needed. I also ordered an extra side of hash browns for my companion and two sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwiches for him. The hash browns were cooked perfectly and the sandwiches were tasty. The service wasn't the most friendly, but the food came out quickly, which was great. Although I thought it was a bit pricey for all the food we ordered, it was worth it because everything tasted delicious and satisfied our hunger."

"There should truly be an option for 0 stars! I placed my order online and paid for it. My son went to pick it up and they said they were out of what I ordered but it didn't state that online). Bubbles the cashier) couldn't seem to figure out what to do so got the manager who offered a substitute that was less money but they couldn't refund any money, then changed it again and said they were out of buns. Needless to say he was there AN HOUR and the order was placed online. The clerk brought out the food and no drinks, he waited another 30 minutes for drinks because the clerk ran to her boyfriends car. Unbelievably shitty and unprofessional service!!!"
