"I didn’t get the clear idea of Valentine’s Day celebration. Since I was able to make a table for reservations for I was assuming I was going to be a part of Valentines celebration not realizing the celebration was from only Allen was very apologetic and sat us at another section of the room. The food was delicious but it was a very small portion. We had to ask for the. Bread We were really hungry. We were very disappointed but party my fault. I had tried to clarify when I made the on line reservations but was unable to get anyone on the phone. I tried quite a few times. Allen was very gracious and gave us complimentary tickets to the movie. Ashley was absolutely wonderful. She just had a lot to handle from being bartender and waitress at the same time. Allen was also handling the people coming in plus helping organize the event. It seems they were basically the only actually working. They deserve a lot of credit"

"This was one of the worse experiences I've had and a complete rip off. The food was terrible. This was advertised as an easter brunch with bottomless mimosas and **** mary's and an egg hunt for the kids. When we arrived we were told that the drinks were not included at all and there was no egg hunt for the kids. We asked about the egg hunt multiple times and other than bringing out a bunny for all of 10 seconds the people working at this place, including the host, seemed to know nothing about the egg hunt. This was obviously extremely disappointing for our kids. Finally, we were charged twice, once when we booked the brunch and at brunch. When we pointed this out to the host he assured us that one of the charges will be reversed but it wasn't. Terrible place."

"Fun atmosphere and great food. Lived in and around Madison for years and never came across this place but glad I did. Menu has plenty of options for whatever you're in the mood for. The sauce in my pasta dish was very soupy but the artichoke dip and other entrees I tried were excellent. Looking forward to trying more things there. Service was better than just about every other place I've been."

"Walked in, there’s 2-3 people sitting in the lobby, after almost 1 minute one guy gets up and walks toward the back and calls back to another employee, “counter”. He says this twice. Another lady walks to the back, comes to the counter and calls over to that same employee, “counter”, and says it twice. At this point I just walk out. "They really went above and beyond when I was here January 23, 2024 I really felt welcome and respected and the new melt with bacon was really delicious and only $10 for a whole meal. whoever hired these individuals did a very good job. "the pommes are good and the pizza is not bad, but the type that serves the pizza uses its bare hands to touch the food. he touches eating as he eats it himself and not as if he serves the customer's food. I was really robbed, I didn't eat the tip of my pizza because he touched it. he showed me and my man eating in the window and just flat touched out every disc and then I saw dishes of fresh eating that he was throwing with his bare hands and moving to another tablet."

"I only stop at this location magically when I’m on the road .I’ve only been to this location 2 timesThe first time they couldn’t mix my Slurpee. I had to buy two one of each flavor .They make up their own rules I’m not sure who they all are followings buts it’s wrong .Every time it’s the same experience.They never provide any type of customer service .This time when I went I ordered 30$ worth of food for my family .I couldn’t get my burger how I wanted .Then when I asked for a condiment I could only get 2.The manager Patty is rude she thinks she is whispering when she is talking trash right there on the front line .It’s like she isn’t a manager and can’t do anything .The woman heather went outside didn’t wash her hands and tried to come in and bag food ."

"several paintings recently my son in law took my grand to calcutta burger king to eat and play only after he paid for a meal that the playing area for the maintenance was closed. today, 10th april 2022, he called before taking 3 children there to find out if the playing area would be open. he was told that it would be! safe enough after he was paid for 3 children and a adult meal, he was told that the playground for the maintenance was closed! "I would give this place 5 stars if I could. Even though they gave me the wrong sandwich (I ordered the vegan meatball marinara sub but got vegan steak and bbq), this place was SO DELICIOUS.
