"Hands down, IHOP has been the absolute worst experience! If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I've ordered curbside pickup from IHOP, I arrive, wait in my car for 10-15 minutes, and then still have to go inside. What’s the point of curbside if customers have to come in anyway? I understand that delays happen sometimes, 2-3 times out of 5 is reasonable, but being late every single time just doesn’t make sense. I’ve been patient and understanding, but my patience is running out. IHOP needs to do better! I do appreciate the manager, James, for remaking my order after it just sat there getting cold instead of being brought out, but excuses don’t improve customer experience—accountability and a clear plan for improving service do. I also appreciated him adding a drink to try to make things right, but honestly, IHOP must improve their menu service and overall efficiency."
