"The food was excellent however each person received 1/2 pound of rice, way to much. We had reservations for 3 at 4:30 Sunday and we were seated promptly at 4:45 we ordered our drinks and then our food order. The drinks came right along with the soup and salad I was still eating our soup and salad when our chef came in he introduced himself and started cooking. All this occurred in 5 minutes we hadn't finished our apps when he started filling our plates and we're still trying to finish our salads. Then the rice came 1/2 pound! We ate as quickly as we could but the chef finished cooking, cleaned the grill and left. They started passing out the check receipts immediately all this happened within a 30 minute period. For a sit down dinner costing $130 . We felt so rushed the person that busses table already brought clean plates for the next customers. The manager was also hovering with the occasional stink eye. There was 2 other couples at our table I'm sure their bills were approximately $100 each more or less depending on the tip. They were bringing take out containers at 5:15 We left at 5:30 and felt like they wanted us gone. We brought our food home and enjoyed it there. Kinda like take out. I like this place and have been there before but had time to visit with my fellow diners eat my meal without feeling so rushed. After all you dine at an hibachi restaurant for the experience. I can get hibachi takeout anytime."

"3/5 for the food1/5 for the service5/5 for the locationMy friend and I wanted to catch up and find a restaurant that served some soup that was near our house, so she recommended this place! This is a good place that 's quick and fast. If you 're looking for high quality, I do not recommend, but if you 're looking for a fast food version of Ramen, I would come through as it 's not bad. I would definitely come back here if I 'm craving Ramen and don 't want to drive far. Food: I had to do my go to ramen order: Miso House Ramen. My friend ordered the Black Garlic Ramen. We shared the kaarage appetizers. Overall, it was adequate. There was nothing spectacular about the ramen it got the job done. There was 2 small pieces of chasu, corn, green onions, and a decent amount of ramen. When you add the Miso Ramen and Kaarage, it was a satisfying meal. I think without the kaarage, you might still be a little hungry. I do think that the ramen is overpriced. For how much you pay, I feel like the portion should be a little bigger. They should add more soup and noodles. Service: Nowhere to be found. We were the only ones in the restaurant, so maybe they just forgot about us? After we sat, ordered, and got our food, they never visited us again. I couldn 't track anyone down for water. I had to stand up to remind them we were here so I could get the check. Not the best. Location: It 's in the same plaza as Michael 's, Target, and is right next to Gamestop Carters. There 's parking right in front! Super easy getting in and getting out. I didn 't check out the bathrooms, but given how small the restaurant is, it may be a small bathroom too. Not sure. Overall I guess I will come here if I ever want Ramen and am too lazy to drive all the way down to Japantown or San Mateo. It 's quick and i 'm sure the quality is the same if I ordered to go."
