"I love Imo’s pizza; it’s literally my favorite pizza spot ever. That said, I didn’t have the best experience today.The pizza tasted good, but the cheese slid right off every time I picked up a slice. It wasn’t cut well, I suppose. My husband’s boneless wings were good and so was the garlic cheese bread.My biggest complaint is that the signage out front says that they close the lobby at 9PM on weekdays. Well, today is a Sunday and the lobby was closed at 8PM.When I knocked on the door, all of the employees, who I KNOW heard me knocking, acted like they didn’t see me. It took me stopping the delivery driver from leaving to get him to run in and tell them to come serve me. Then, the woman with shoulder length dark hair that came to serve us at the window had a crummy attitude and said, “Oh yeah, we lock the door at 8PM.” I suggested that they put a sign up that informed customers of such, and she just brushed me off. Everyone that works there has a very dismissive attitude, and I’ll be sure not to waste my money there anymore."
