"Upon entering, you order at the counter before finding a seat, creating a casual yet modern atmosphere. This place isn’t your typical mom-and-pop pho shop; instead, it offers a wide range of pho meat combinations, vermicelli bowls, and banh mi sandwiches, but with a limited menu focused on dishes made with locally sourced, sustainable ingredients—which is evident in the freshness of the food.
I ordered the free-range chicken pho, and it was more than enough noodles for me. The pho had a nice, understated flavor—not heavy or overwhelming, which I appreciated; however, if you are used to rich, oily broths, you might be a bit disappointed with this lighter chicken broth. While the pho was decent, it wasn’t something I’d crave to recreate at home. The fresh spring rolls were delicious and generously portioned. As for the peanut dipping sauce, it didn’t quite match my expectations, which was a bit disappointing.
I noticed that all portion sizes were quite generous, and the dishes were nicely plated, arriving in a reasonable amount of time after we ordered. I also spotted a banh mi sandwich that looked fresh and appetizing—definitely worth trying on my next visit.
Overall, if I'm in the mood for pho in a clean and inviting environment, this place seems like a solid option on the Westside."
