"server coughed and was friendly. the ambiente was average. eating was very good with an obvious care for quality. would recommend alternative wine selection by the glass to the owner. the prices were excessive for Italian cuisine, but it is a sign of time. I'd dinate again, but not out of mine to do that."

"That evening, there was a special where ladies could enjoy half-price items, and a menu highlighted these half-price options. However, if you wanted to add extras like chicken or other meats, their prices weren’t listed on the menu. It turned out they charged full price for those add-ons. When you combined this with the half-price meal, the total ended up being quite expensive for what would generally be considered an average dining experience. It felt a bit misleading; if we hadn’t asked about the prices while ordering, the final bill would have been a real surprise."

"During our first visit to this restaurant, we were excited to try it based on the positive reviews we had heard. However, we encountered some confusion when trying to place our order and find a seat, which was not a great start. We ended up sitting on the veranda and were served by two waitresses. The service was lackluster, with one waitress displaying a disinterested and almost argumentative attitude. The food, when it finally arrived, was disappointing. The Jamaican Jerk Chicken was overpriced and too spicy to eat, while the vegetarian sampler platter was mediocre. The cornbread was expensive and arrived too late to enjoy with our meal. Overall, the service and food quality at this restaurant were subpar, and we do not plan to return. We prefer to support establishments that value their customers and provide a more positive dining experience."

"Please stay away. The manager on duty was terrible. The bartender was great and the food was brutal. My wife asked for well done chicken it came out raw I sent it back a second time and still came a raw I called the chef over and he don’t know what he’s doing. He’s a beast and don’t even know how to work a kitchen. My veal Had two pieces of veal For $35 a disgrace The GM was very abusive. You don’t have to scream. I did scream because nobody was listening and then he told me I don’t go there enough, but they have no business no more when chef Pete and li Luigi was there Stay away they didn’t even take it off the bill not that I’m looking for anything but that’s customer service. Please stay away."

"Our reservation was at 8pm. We arrived a bit early and were seated right away. With his back to us, the waiter loudly spoke to another table for 5+ minutes regarding his and the customer 's opinions about other generations, quality of life today compared to the past, etc. We did not know he was our waiter until we had to interrupt the conversation to ask who was waiting on us. He came to our table and answered questions. We gave a drink order and said he would bring bread. We said we needed that as one of us prediabetic. The bread came after the appetizers. Once the food was served there was much loud talk at the bar for quite the while regarding favorite TV shows, etc. He was not low-key at the table. Speaking loudly when answering questions and offering suggestions. He is nice enough, and enthusiastic, but his loudness and lack of decorum away from the table put us off on what we thought was going to be a low-key intimate meal. We 've eaten at Azafran before and know it can be somwhat rowdy. That 's fine for diners, but odd to get it from the staff. The food was fantastic!"
