"The ribeye is my favorite; it has just the right amount of flavor. However, I found the prime rib to be a bit bland, the shrimp too dry, and the steak overly seasoned and too salty for my liking. The servers are fantastic—attentive, friendly, and they have patiently taken the time to review and double-check ingredients for those in our group with food allergies. Thank you! I did notice that when dining with a group of six or more, the restaurant's contactless payment system from the table doesn’t work."

"This restaurant is conveniently located in the parking lot of Redding Mall, making it the perfect spot for a shopping break. We visited at 3:00 pm and found it to be a great time to go as it wasn't too crowded. We sat in the bar area where there were plenty of televisions showing sports. We ordered shrimp, broccoli, side salad, BBQ chicken, and asparagus, and everything was cooked to perfection. The side salad was particularly impressive, with generous toppings and a variety of veggies. The menu also offered a wide selection of beers on tap. The service was excellent, and we appreciated that they served drinks in glassware rather than plastic. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience that didn't break the bank."

"This restaurant provides one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Our server was efficient and thorough, delivering the appetizer and food in a timely manner. "Arrived. Asked for a particular seating and she granted the request. Kyle presented himself as the server. Requested food be spanned out so not to arrive all at once. Food was delicious. Kyle was courteous, he listened and communicated well. The orderwas as requested. Blessed him beyond 20% tip suggested. He was great. Food was so good that I forgot to take pics of the NYStrip with sweet potato and blue cheese-pecan wedge salad. Raspberry tea was refreshing! All tables were disinfected after eachguest."

"The Super Bowl was something I was never interested in, however a lot of people are. So that night I was sent home early. My wife and I decided to capitalize on this and headed to Outback to celebrate Valentine's a day early. Our plan was to avoid the large crowds and it WORKED! Outback was as slow as we were but that suited us just fine. Dianne D was our server and she was very friendly and welcoming. We started off with the fried mushrooms. Fresh out of the fryer they were great. That with their amazing bread and softened butter were the perfect way to start our meal. For our entrees my wife went with the Alice Springs Chicken. She liked it but for me there were too many competing flavors. I went with a rare 15 ounce Ribeye with asparagus steakhouse Mac and cheese. It came cooked perfectly and I was happy. I wish the asparagus was steamed a little less but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Thank you Dianne D for the hospitality."

"Went here for some food to kill time. Wanted cheese fries. Sat at the bar. Bartender was super nice. 6 is on a Saturday, so busy but not slammed yet. Ordered a filet with a side of cheese fries. Food came out way over cooked and like it had sat in a window for a long time. Ordered steak Medium it came out way over well done and the cheese was solidly baked on the fries. I was going to eat it anyway. I mentioned it to the bartender. He ordered me a new plate. Steak was much more medium well then medium but still good. Cheese fries were normal this time. The peppercorn sauce they have is delicious. The kitchen seemed busy as the rest of the restaurant was pretty full, so I think my plate either sat awhile or the expo person just sort of didn't look at quality control. They made it right though and all was good."

"Expensive dinner. About $40.00 per person. Food was good, but not amazing. Both, the steak and the chicken, were dry and needed flavor. Our table had food crumbs from the prior customer when we were seated. I asked if they could do a quick over to get the table clean again and the host sent someone with a wet sticky cloth to finish the cleaning. The table was wet and sticky for a while, so I bothered our server for paper towels or napkins to finish the job. She brought a bunch and I dried our table clean. Service afterwords was great! A one-and-done type of restaurant for us."

"came here in mid-January 2022 for a nice dinner to celebrate our sons' birthday. We went in and it was colder than outside! After asking the waiter Hostess 3 times if the heating was on and did not get a certain answer, I went to the bar and asked the bar if she knew whether the heating could be switched on or if it was broken. She said she'd check it out. Finally, over halfway through our dinner, freezing, bundled in our jackets, you can hear the heating on. It was so unpleasant to sit in the cold and enjoy our meal. Why on earth would you not turn on the heating in the middle of winter?! Poor employees had to freeze all day? It was about 730. The next time we go easy when it is as icy as inside, and eat in another nearby restaurant. My son ordered a meal too sharp for him. They were nice and let him order something else."

"I called a few restaurants to make accommodations for my birthday. I have a food allergy. When I called Outback, they were hands above anybody else that I spoke to on the phone. So they got my business! They went above and beyond to make the food great. They greeted and made my family party of 20 so welcomed. They had excellent service, very organized and accommodating. I met the owner Cameron and he came to our table personally and thanked us for our business. Thank you for the great people that work there and the awesome service! Excellent food. Five GOLDEN stars from me!"

"It was a good place to go eat the stuff was really nice. Our waitress was the manager Taylor and it took a long time for her to get us our food because we had a big party plus it was mother's Day took a little bit longer than normal. But she was kind enough to give us free desserts and also give us a discount for appetizers on our next visit. Taylor went way above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and okay with the long wait. She was also very attentive to our needs. Even when they brought out the wrong steak cooked to my mom she made sure that she got the right one that she wanted. I appreciate Taylor very much and say thank you to her for her kindness and her patience with us."

"I had a sirloin steak with a lot of gristle throughout, so I ended up throwing half of it out. There were no utensils included, so I had to improvise since I was in my car. I was unable to take a picture of my food. Even the croutons were stale. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

"The steak was good, but good god the fully loaded mashed potatoes were amazing. To really appreciate them Id recommend eating them in a relatively quiet room, dimming the light or closing your eye so you can fully focus your attention on the feel of the texture and taste of each bite. The potatoes themselves are creamy with just a hint of bite resistance from the occasional bit of not-fully-mashed potato or the subtitle crunch of a chive. The taste drifts from second to second between the zest of the sour cream and the coyness of rich cheddar, anchored together by the soothing but never bland foundation of the potatoes. This is not a side to be passed up. The carrot cake was also super good."

"We here for dinner on a Friday (10/14). It was for a birthday dinner with 12 guests. Had reservations at 5:30, got seated around 5:50-ish or so. They had combined 3 small tables to create one long table. Table space was VERY cramped, couldn?t fitall 12 of us so we ended up taking the next table over. We ordered cocktails and steaks. Service was good. But the food wasdisappointing. Probably half of the steaks were from a poor cut with tons of fat. The cooking temperature was not what weasked for either. Came out undercooked for some. Mashed potatoes were too buttery. The soup and salads were good. Cocktailswere good. Overall, the food was a disappointment. Not what we expected for a steak dinner. Would probably not come back herebut try a different Outback instead."

"I had the pasta with steak and shrimp. The sauce tasted bland and dry but the shrimp and steak were good. I had to ask for extra sauce. My bf had the biggest steak I've seen. I forgot the name of the dish but he said it was delicious. We also had Nashvillewings and it was really good as well. We had steak and cheese dip for appetizer and it was tasty. If it wasn't for my pasta, Iwould have given 5 stars. This place is pricey so my expectation is high too. Our server was awesome. He made the experience awhole lot better. Kudos to him!"

"We started our meal with the irresistibly tasty bread and butter. I ordered the prime rib cooked medium, while my son tried the ribeye and lobster combo for the first time. "I ordered the chorizo with coconut mochi and churro mochi and here's what i have decided. Overall i am not disappointed with my order. The chorizo was filled COMPLETELY, unlike most places that will leave you with less than half of filling and more tortilla. The chorizo was a bit salty for me though, so if you were going to get it i would pay the 2$ for avocado to even out the flavor. The mochi was about 4$ and some change, though it was pricy for the size, it was very good, gooey and chewy. So I would conclude that it was worth trying. I recommend the coconut mochi."
