"I’m really disappointed. We've visited several Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville restaurants in the past and were expecting a similar experience this time, but it didn’t live up to our expectations. We were first seated at a dirty table and had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, after which we were moved to another table. Our waiter came across as somewhat patronizing, implying that if no one else would take care of us, he would. The volcano nachos were lacking the chili that usually makes the dish stand out, and the rest of our food was quite unremarkable. Our total bill, which included two drinks, one appetizer, and one entrée, came to nearly $80 before tip, which felt very disappointing given the quality. To be fair, our waiter was genuinely nice, so we tipped him well—it wasn't his fault. However, I'm not sure if we’ll look forward to our next visit as much as we did this time."
