"Via Forno is a fantastic place to dine! My friend and I have been coming here for a while, and we've never been let down. Michele is incredibly generous and truly passionate about the food he serves. Tonight, I ordered the Pizza Con Vongole, and he suggested an alternative sauce that wasn't on the menu. I decided to go with his recommendation, and it was AMAZING. Instead of a white pizza, he offered a marinara sauce with a hint of spicy peppers. I will definitely order it every time I visit in the future. We always feel right at home here. I highly recommend it for a fun, relaxed, and delicious evening."

"We walked in without a reservation and were seated immediately. We ordered the ravioli and a Del Salumiere pizza, both of which were excellent. The pizza had uneven toppings that added to the flavor profile, giving each bite a unique taste. There was a hint of spice but it could have been stronger. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. We had to ask for bread and oil, which wasn't warmed but still tasted good. The atmosphere was cafeteria-like, but the prices were more affordable compared to other restaurants in Vegas. If you enjoy Italian food, this is definitely a great place to try. There are many other mini shops around in Eataly, but for a more restaurant-like experience, I would recommend dining here."

"I am both shocked and appalled by the actions of this establishment during the current pandemic on the handling of BARBOUR NASH 100th BIRTHDAY PARTY. This business has severed all communications with the NASH family after a refund was requested due to the venue canceling the date of the 100th Birthday party of NASH BARBOUR which was scheduled during the current pandemic (COVID-19). All avenues have been taken to communicate privately with this business including, calls, email, certified mail and etc and they have not had the courtesy to responded despite our many efforts. It is pretty outrageous, unprofessional, heartless and cold for a business to engage in such practices as they have during a time when the nation and this family are dealing with something as serious as a pandemic. Having a birthday party was a great idea prior to the current pandemic (which is when this idea was birthed and a down payment was made) but now it would be pretty foolish to have a birthday party where a large number of people would gather and put a person that is 100 years old with underlying medical conditions at great risk. In this time when the future is so uncertain and families are being laid off from jobs and the money the are holding hostage could be used to assist in towards the care and health of a person 100 years old it is outright murderous for a business not to have any intentions of returning monies paid. I appeal to the hearts of others reading this to consider the kind of people you are handing your money over to before making a decision you use the services of this business who have treated this family in this way during a time of personal and national crisis....and to the establishment, I implore you to do the right thing. Please reach out to the NASH BARBOUR family and return the monies paid. There is still time to do the right thing."
