"Upon arrival, I noticed that the seating felt a bit low to the ground—just a funny observation! I settled into the showroom, which is where I usually like to sit, and was entertained by the Chuck E. Cheese band. They perform songs throughout the day. Some people find them a bit creepy, but I actually enjoy them and have learned some interesting facts about the history of the characters. As for the games, I’m from New Jersey, where we only receive 4 tickets per game instead of the amount we actually earn. This regulation is due to the government’s belief that it encourages gambling among children. It's frustrating, but it's either that or paying cash for overpriced games like in the old days. However, since this location is in Pennsylvania, they don't have that rule, so I played the games and truly got to enjoy myself without worrying about just earning 4 tickets. I also tried the new unlimited games offer for an hour, which allows you to take your time eating—unlike other places where you have to rush through your meal. Speaking of meals, I ordered a vegetable pizza loaded with toppings and a stuffed crust cheese pizza. Both were delicious! My only complaint is that the pizza wasn't cut evenly, resulting in some slices being overly large while others were small. Nonetheless, it was still very tasty. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to visit with your family! There’s food, games, animatronics, shows, tunnels, playgrounds, and so much more! If you're in the area and looking for some fun, I definitely recommend checking out the Chuck E. Cheese in Levittown, Pennsylvania!"

"Here’s a summary of our experience today: **Pros:** - The manager, a young woman, was very helpful and polite. - The food was quite good. For $15, we got 4 wings, a medium fry, and a generous serving of cheesy bread, which I think is fair. - Having tickets and tokens on a card made them easier to manage. - The $3 drinks with unlimited refills were a great deal. - One of the songs playing on the screen addressed standing up to bullies—sad, but important. - A young man delivering food responded promptly when a customer reported a broken game. **Cons:** - The overall cost is quite high. - The salad bar was closed, although the cashier, Chyna, mentioned it would be temporary. - The bathroom was in poor condition, with a toilet that had clearly not been cleaned for some time, as evidenced by dried vomit on the seat. A broom and dustpan full of used tissues were left sitting for over an hour. - Many games were broken but still deducted points, and I believe those points are non-refundable. My daughter lost about 10 points this way. - One game was filthy, with mildew on it. - We ordered the sampler appetizer, which took 40 minutes to arrive, while my friend's personal pan pizza never came out at all; after waiting an hour, he had to ask for a refund. - There was a game in the back that was partially opened, with wires hanging out—while it might not electrocute anyone, it still seemed unsafe. - The Sprite ran out of syrup, and then the Diet Pepsi did too. There are some significant issues and some minor ones, but when you add them all up—especially when you’re hungry and waiting for food while your child is losing points—it’s frustrating. We've decided not to return. The games listed below are the ones that weren't working."
