"On the evening of March 9, 2022, at 6:35 PM, I arrived at the restaurant with my 5-year-old granddaughter, only to find it completely packed. A hostess, or perhaps a waitress, came up to us and informed us that there would be a 25-minute wait. I provided her with my name and phone number, and she assured us that she would call when our table was ready. However, after 30 minutes without a call, my mother contacted the restaurant and was told that we would have to wait at least another 20 minutes, and they do not accept reservations. I usually refrain from posting complaints or negative reviews, but in this instance, I felt it was necessary."
