"The food at this restaurant is amazing, but the service and ambiance do not match the high prices. The restaurant doesn't feel upscale until you see the menu prices - $16 for the cheapest wine, $18 for cocktails, $32 for chicken piccata, and $19 for a simple arugula salad. Unfortunately, the service is lacking, with rushed and inattentive servers. The restaurant has potential to be a top-tier Italian spot in OC if they improve their identity crisis, align their front of house and kitchen, and consider relocating. Lowering prices to match the current service and atmosphere standards could earn them a higher rating. Charging high prices for basic amenities like paper tablecloths and sharing a building with a nail salon and electronics repair shop doesn't create a high-end dining experience."
