"We really love this place and visit every month. However, I have to admit I was disappointed during our last visit. The drinking fountain was broken, so they asked us to pay $1 for water. Additionally, the hand-drying towels were out in the restroom, and the soap dispenser was empty. They placed a bottle of hand soap on the sink, but that also ran out. Someone even added water to the bottle to try to squeeze out a little more. These are simple issues that could and should be addressed. Usually, we don't encounter any problems at this location, so I hope this visit was just an isolated incident."
