"My boss brought our team to this restaurant on my first day at my new job, making it a day filled with new experiences. I ordered the lunch special, which consisted of a generous portion of lasagna and a house salad. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan of the house dressing, which I think was a balsamic vinaigrette. I typically prefer my salads with minimal dressing, and this one felt overloaded. I’ll remember to ask for the dressing on the side next time. On the bright side, the lasagna was delicious! I had plenty of leftovers for lunch the following day. We all decided to take home a slice of cake, and the banana cake was absolutely delightful! The portions were quite large, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had made reservations, which allowed us to be seated right away while others had to wait for a table. This place is quite popular with the downtown lunch crowd, so it's wise to plan ahead."
