"Worst customer service ever!!! I've always had a great experience at this location, I was always greeted extremely welcomed, excellent service from what I assume was the previous manager, she had a niners tattoo, extremely professional quick service. I went in recently and dealt with a skinny man wearing a silk shirt. I assumed by his attire he was an owner or a new manager, I noticed first off he paid no attention to me I stood there waiting to place my order for nearly 5 min, in the past my order would have already been completed. The entire time he was barking at what I assume are new employees, I thought was extremely demeaning. Then he finally pays attention to me and I place my order, he stood there collecting my money then micro managed this new employee scolding him at every wrong move, at the same time instructing all three of them about procedure. So I've now waited a total of 15 minutes to get my order. To make matters worse when my sandwich was completed he then distracted all of the employees to go to the back area and continued to show them something, while my sandwich was still sitting behind the counter with them. He finally brings them back into the restaurant then tells the employee to hand me my sandwich with no excuse or apology. To summarize I've in total wasted 20 min for 1 sandwich, then to find out in the car there was just a tiny amount of pastrami in it, tons of lettuce and tomatoes, Even after I said no tomatoes. So not only did I waste 13$ for bread lettuce and tomatoes I wasted 20 minutes. I was so upset I went directly home and threw it away. I will never eat there again."
