"This restaurant used to be our favorite spot for pizza and pasta when we lived nearby, and the food was generally good. However, during our recent visit on our way home to Durham on Highway 54, we were really looking forward to enjoying some of our favorite dishes again. Unfortunately, the chicken Francese was inedible. It didn’t seem like chicken breasts at all; instead, it appeared to be thin, pounded chicken thighs with the skin still on. While the sauce and spaghetti were decent, I couldn’t even cut through the tough, stringy chicken with a knife. I was genuinely shocked by how terrible it was. As for the linguini with white clam sauce, it was similarly disappointing. They prepared it with a thick, creamy Alfredo sauce, which is nothing like the traditional dish. We ended up throwing away most of both meals. Overall, I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning."
