"If I could give zero stars I would. I was looking for a place that had good pasta. This was my first time trying this place and it was a really bad experience. The customer service was non existent it felt like no one cared to great me or asked me if I was ready to order. It was pricey for a one meal person,I spent almost 30 bucks for fettuccine with chicken and a order of mozzarella sticks. The fettuccine sauce was disgusting and it didn't taste right and the chicken tasted like they burnt it and threw it in the fettuccine sauce. The mozzarella sticks tasted alright but the marinara sauce was really watery, like they added water to the jar shook it up and gave it to me. Definitely save your money and look else where. I give this place a 1 out of 10"

"Although many people have had wonderful experiences at this restaurant, my experience was less than satisfactory. I ordered a grilled romaine salad with oxtail and a 62-degree egg, which I should have asked more about. The meat was tender and salty, but overshadowed the romaine, and the liquid white of the egg was not to my liking. I asked for it to be cooked more, but it came back the same. When I explained my dissatisfaction, I was told that changing the cooking method would take too long. My dining partner blamed me for not asking more specific questions about the egg. I feel that the restaurant could have handled the situation better, suggesting a change in order rather than re-doing it exactly as requested. The response from staff was disappointing."

"This is a charming restaurant! I have to say, some of the best pizzas I've ever tasted come from here. I tried the Sicilian and the tropical pizzas, and both were outstanding. The sauce was truly delicious, and the crust had the perfect balance of chewiness and crispiness, all while being light and airy. I would highly recommend this place, especially for their amazing cakes. We ordered online, and our food was ready in about 20 minutes. Definitely a 10/10 experience!"

"I made an online order with them A Small Hot Isabella Pizza)through their website and not only did it arrive 2 Hours late!, but when I called the lady who answers wouldn't even give me a refund or let me speak to anyone else trying to tell me the pizza wasn't going to be cold when it arrived Then on top of that when it did finally arrive cold and stiff) it was nasty! They basically doused the dough in a weird tasting hot sauce, with dry shredded chicken then slapped some cheese on top with a swirl of some blue cheese. 0 out of 10 I would never recommend"

"Sadly, the lack of staffing at this pizza shop, which no doubt is not because they haven't tried to find and keep workers, rather a result of our bloated economy and kids not wanting or needing to work. The sign outside indicated that they soldslices. The mouth watering aroma of their pizza drew me inside to order a slice. It took over 20 minutes to get it. Meantime,the owner was dealing with a line of people waiting to pick up their orders and a backlog of orders to fill. I'm afraid thatindependent family owned restaurants are going to be a thing of the past. The pizza was just OK though."

"I had previously given them 5 stars but 2 days ago I ordered a med steak n cheese calzone and a can with delivery it went from 23.20 which seems expensive for a med and my card was pending 23.20 to an authorization of 26.20$ I don’t appreciate being robbed. Taking extra money that wasn’t part of the service is stealing. Warning this isn’t the 1st pizza shop over charging days later. The owner on the phone did a lot of stuttering as he knew what I was talking about and kept saying his boss will refund me they don’t steal. THIS IS CRAZY!! When I went to get my money he kept trying to ignore me. GET YALL RECEIPTS!! They’re tipping themselves off yall cards."

"Food was great. Atmosphere was terrible. Sat at a table in the bar area, which was empty except for the bar. And HOT. Every time they turned the AC on, and it started to get cooler, they would go over and turn it off! There was an employee and 3 bar patrons carrying on a VERY LOUD conversation of which we could hear every word. There was no music to drown them out. I thought that was a little rude, that we were trying to have dinner and they were having a conversation like they were in someone’s living room. When we left we saw there was an entire other room we could have sat in and it felt much cooler."

"I ordered the 3-Way Super Beef, and it arrived surprisingly quickly, which made me suspect it might have just been microwaved to heat it up. The Super Beef itself was quite small, and they forgot to include the BBQ sauce. While the beef tasted good, the portion size was disappointing given the price. Typically, Super Beef sandwiches are loaded with meat and take a while to enjoy, but this felt more like eating a Lunchable. If they could increase the amount of beef and ensure all the sauces are included as requested, I could see the potential for a better experience and would be inclined to give a higher rating."

"While staying at a very elite hotel nearby, I was struggling to find a place that delivers without requiring another app and that wasn't a high priced affiliate of our hotel. I called Cafe 472 and was happily told delivery was possible and our order came precisely when specified and to order, was hot, and very delicious! We ordered soups, sandwiches, sodas and desserts. The sodas were ice cold, the chicken noodle, lemon chicken and rice, and creamy tomato basil with orzo soups were piping hot and divine, the chicken with prosciutto and mozzarella panini was hot and scrumptious, and the California wrap was also quite good. We ordered for several meals so haven't yet tried the Mac and cheese or the chocolate cake but assume they'll be just as good. The chocolate chip cookies are good enough. We are going to tell our hotel to add this Cafe to their list of recommended restaurants in the area. The prices are very reasonable, the portions are hearty, the staff are friendly, and the order by phone for delivery was very important to us. It is free delivery as well! Don't be put off by them answering the phone with a simple hello, it turns out fine. Dietary restrictions: They will make alterations for allergies."

"Wow, what a great experience! We ordered at the window and I was already feeling excited because I wanted something different. I usually can't be pulled away from my usual choices, but the onion rings caught my eye! I also ordered the chicken and mushroom dish with a Philly swirl. They forgot the mushrooms, but it didn't even matter because the food was amazing! It was cooked perfectly and not reheated from earlier. At first, I thought it was a little pricey, but then I saw the portion size and realized it was actually a great deal. You can definitely share everything on the menu! The portion of onion rings was huge, and it came with a 20oz drink. The only thing I would change is having fountain drinks with refills, but I can just bring my own drink next time. I highly recommend trying this place out, you won't be disappointed! The staff even suggested trying the pizza, so I might have to do that next time."

"Newly discovered gem! Informal family atmosphere, very friendly efficient waiter. Great food, large portions, very fairly priced. Great deal Friday/ Saturday complete dinners $14.95 includes home-made bread, soup, well-stocked salad bar, small appetizer, dessert lots of dinner choices.
