"I ordered 4 ham and cheese sandwiches with all the toppings, two with Swiss cheese and two with yellow American cheese. However, I received all 4 sandwiches with yellow American cheese and turkey instead. This has happened to me on more than 5 occasions. One of the workers, a woman, had a major attitude. They really need to improve their service. All of them should be fired."

"I absolutely love this place! While we were traveling on the Long Island Expressway and looking for a quick bite to eat, we found this gem just three blocks from the highway. KK offers an impressive variety of food options: pizza, sushi, roasted vegetables, four different soups, pasta, meatballs, salads, every type of sandwich you could imagine, and so much more. The extensive counter displays are filled with an abundance of choices. You simply point to what you want, and it's served right to you—no waiting for a waiter. It was exactly what we were looking for, and everything was incredibly delicious and fresh."

"I ordered a personal pan pizza with pepperoni. It was so delicious with the right amount of cheese and sauce and not overly cheesy. About 45 minutes later after eating my first pizza and sharing it with a family member I ordered a second pizza pie for delivery through doordash. Marisa was so observative to notice that I had just ordered a pizza not long ago and gave me a free upgrade to a large pizza the second time around for free. Very kind of Marisa and the great pizza making team of Pizzarelli. I am floored and amazed at their generosity but also by the delicious taste of this pizza.This is my new favorite pizza in New York outside of the city.THANK YOU MARISA and to THE ENTIRE PIZZARELLI PiZZA PASTA Staff!!! "The worst run Panera yet. We went to get take out. Ordered 3 flatbreads. We had to wait for way too long considering there was nobody ahead of us the place was 1/2 empty. Folks behind us left.. The kitchen staff (all male Latinos) were busy but they couldn 't help us. I saw the manager/owner walk through the back. She saw us waiting there. She didn 't realize that I saw her see us. She ignored us. She either runs this Panera the one in Northgate or she 's upgraded to Rowland because the 1st time I had the misfortune of ordering from her was at Northgate; super unpleasant. Anyway, when we got the attention of the young man that was working, yes, just one kid straight out of high school, we know him, he apologized: I 'm a one man show. Eventually he came to us. Good kid, good worker. He even helped us save some . At all this the owner woman sits down at a table. She sees us. Nothing, not even a smile. And the other thing about Panera, what 's with the sides? Chips, baguette or apple? If you order flatbreads you don 't want chips or bread. Most of us can buy our own apples. The flatbreads are consistently good but this time they were slightly undercooked. They forgot to call our name when they were ready. The young man apologized. At all this the owner just sat there, doing nothing to help us."

"I really wanted to fall in love with this pizza, and it was definitely a solid New York-style slice. However, the last two inches were undercooked, leaving a doughy, floury taste with the first few bites. Fortunately, once we got past that and reached the properly cooked portions, it was delicious. If they can cook the pizza a bit longer, they’ll earn my five stars!"

"Previously, I have always liked Panera Bread, but after this experience I will not be going back for awhile. With only one car in front of me, I waited in the drive-through for over 40 minutes. I pulled right up to the speaker and they said to wait a minute, over 15 minutes later they finally responded to take my order (I would have left, but a car was behind me so I couldn't back out of line). While taking my order the worker was SUPER rude! I only ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels. I got my order and it was wrong. My coffee was made with milk instead of almond milk and received the wrong cream cheese for bagels. I understand staffing shortages are impacting the restaurant businesses, BUT if those working at least were nice or apologized I would have been able to look past the ridiculous wait time and errors."

"Horrendous customer service. I spent over $50 for a salad and a pizza and a side of spaghetti for my kid. I asked for salad dressing on the side and parmesan on side for spaghetti. No dressing. No parmesan. My kid refused to eat the pasta and well who eats a salad with no dressing. Called the restaurant and they said sorry, we can 't bring your dressing. I asked if I 'm expected to eat a plain salad after spending $18 on this salad plus close to $10 in delivery fees, service fee and that 's not including the tip. They still said ummm sorry. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. It was like speaking to a teenager. Ummm sorry. This is ridiculous. I spent over $50 and couldn 't even enjoy my dinner with my kids. No salad dressing for my $18 salad. What kind of restaurant is this???Update: The manager said he would try to get a driver to bring my salad dressing. They never showed up."

"The host at this restaurant was extremely unwelcoming, showing rudeness and using inappropriate language. Despite having made a reservation, he expressed no interest in accommodating it. The wait staff was unpleasant and inattentive, giving off an attitude as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. The busboys were the only pleasant ones and should have been serving customers instead. We were given dirty wine glasses with lipstick on them and when we asked for clean ones, we were told there were none available and had to wait. They even neglected to serve us bread. We overheard the host telling a waitress to not bother with birthday celebrations and focus on getting customers out of their tables. This experience was so negative that we will never return to this establishment. We would rather support homeless individuals who are more appreciative."

"Today (4/6) I was able to speak with the owner of this restaurant. Yesterday I stopped in to speak with him regarding the incident that took place on 3/31 with my daughter not being allowed to bring in her own food. He was not available so I left my number. When he called me today he was very kind and apologetic. He explained that this has never happened before. I found out that there is not a written policy stating that outside food can’t be brought in. My hope is that the female manager, who was so incredibly rude, has learned a lesson on how to treat other people, especially those with a disability. Sometimes it is necessary to make changes. Everyone is different, and there are many people with dietary restrictions. The owner did give me a gift card so that my daughter can go back with her friends, AND she can stay there and eat her safe meal with them. I’m thankful that he was understanding and willing to speak with me. Dietary restrictions: Do NOT eat here! My daughter has severe food allergies and they would not allow her to bring in her own meal so that she could eat with her friends. She was made to feel so bad about herself for something that is out of her control. This is 2023how appalling! Even after she explained the situation, they would not let her eat her safe food there. She and her friends left. They are all students at Vassar College. This is unbelievable!"

"Let me start off by saying..There isn't many better options to have Italian food in NY and that includes NYC..The service, the food the atmosphere is impeccable. The chicken scarpariello is the best i have ever had. The chicken is always cooked to perfection, sliced thin potatoes, fresh sausage, mushroom onion along with a rich sauce that is out of this WORLD. I also get a side of pasta with garlic and oil as well. Their grandma slice is GREAT. the sauce, the crust and the cheese are all cooked flawlessly. Angelo the owner is such a welcoming and pleasant guy. Our server Wilda was amazing and attentive. I can't wait to go back!"

"We understand things are difficult in restaurants, but there were issues with our dinner. Our server was polite, but did not follow up with us during the meal and missed a drink order from one in our group. Second, this was a special occasion, a 91st birthday, and our mother grew up in the neighborhood so this place is special to her. When our meals arrived, our mother's dish did not. She had to wait another 10 minutes before she was served. We politely requested that the meal be taken off the bill, but that request was denied. We were offered drinks and dessert, but we weren't there to drink and had birthday cake waiting. We finally agreed to take-home dessert and received stale cannolis as compensation. The Chateau, after all these years, should be ashamed."

"I visited this restaurant for a cozy brunch on a snowy day after we couldn't enjoy our coffee at Samuel's Sweet Shop. The service was friendly and quick. The food was delightful! The farmer's omelet was light and fluffy, not greasy at all. The potatoes, which I usually prefer as crispy cubes, were served in a thin, overly fried style typical of the north; however, they were still tasty and buttery. The blueberry pancakes were also fluffy and sweet. I would definitely come back if I were in the area. It's a great, budget-friendly option."

"I've been here a couple of times but this time it was a little disappointing. The braesola starter which I love really saved up on the mushrooms. And they were plain old mushrooms, not the fabulous wild mushrooms they had in the past. I was amazed. The pasta specifically was salty and dry. The fried calamari and prawns were very salty too. The quality of the food that goes into the meals is really top notch. In their defense, we went there right after the holiday weekend and maybe it was a little different. It won't stop us from coming back in the hope that it was an anomaly rather than the norm."

"Atmosphere was nice...cozy, quaint. Server was attentive, polite, cheerful and our food was delivered in a timely manner. On their website, they boast a very impressive family history and 'commitment to excellence ' but we left extremely disappointed with the quality of food. We spent nearly $100 on four people without beverages and walked away frustrated. Bread placed on the table looked and tasted as if it was from the bread isle of a grocery store. If you 're going to serve bread as a starter, it should be impressive, not an obligatory gesture (I 've had bread at chain restaurants that put this restaurant 's to shame). Appetizer of pulled pork nachos was tasty, but not generously portioned. I tasted my husband 's spinach and cheese calzone and we both agreed it was somewhat flavorless. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan with a side of risotto...the eggplant was thick and extremely rubbery (I could barely cut it), and the risotto tasted like it came from a box. As for our friends ' they never overtly complimented their food and only ate about half. The only thing I really enjoyed from my dinner was my side Caesar salad. Because we were with company, I didn 't want to make a fuss over my dinner, but I was disappointed I wasn 't asked if something was wrong with my meal seeing I left 3/4 of it on my plate and said 'no thank you ' to a box. It 's too bad...it 's a charming place with great atmosphere and friendly staff, but much of the food was simply awful. Perhaps instead of having such an extensive menu and poorly executed food, they should pare down their offerings and excel at those dishes."
