"I?ve been here multiple times hoping the service will get better because the food is decent. Nope and last week was our last time ordering. Had delivery over the summer that was well over an hour on a week night. Forgave that and then decided to pick up the next time. My next visit- After placing an online order and showing up 1/2 hour later was told phones and credit card machines were down so they were working on that problem. Ok did you get my online order? Yes, but still not ready. Now mind you I am there picking up food with two hungry children. So after 20 minutes of waiting I ask for a slice and drink for them to split to hold them over. Food comes out after being there for about 45 minutes, you would think they could?ve at least given us the slice since I wouldn?t have ordered it if my food was ready. Fast forward to last weeks order, last Sunday place order was told 35 minutes for pick up. Show up 40 minutes later and wait 20 more minutes for food to come out. Order 3 adult ravioli dinners (won?t order my children kids ravioli anywhere knowing it?s a small amount) get home my husband opens ravioli and sees each order only has 4 each?!?!? Are you kidding me? $12.95 x 3 for 12 raviolis? My husband had to make a pot of pasta because he and our children were still hungry. Also if your going to constantly have the same young lady at the register ask her to smile once in a while and be a little more friendly. I wish you guys luck because all these reviews are on the service end and I haven?t seen changes, so makes me wonder if you take these into consideration? Edited to add- Would just like to show what a real ravioli dinner looks like. 8 raviolis with vodka sauce for only $14.50 (with reg red sauce and 8 raviolis they were also $12.95) and they gave both my boys free gingerbread cookies for no reason at the end of dinner. Even though we go out of our way for this restaurant in hopewell we realized we would rather spend gas money for better service and portions. Also I see the review from yesterday and once again see how reviews aren?t making a difference."

"Hubby's sister wanted to take us to her favorite restaurant. She insisted we meet her here for lunch. Nice surprise. The outside doesn't look like that. It looks like a local pizza joint. The upper floor is the seating area and it was packed! There is a third level that has tables and a full bar. Many groups of different sizes. 2nd birthday party happened when we were there. We were a party of 6 and made reservations before the time so that we sat immediately. The hostess was friendly and helpful. The waiter was friendly, helpful and patient. They and their Nabeby had their favorite foods that were no longer on the menu, but they took us, the Filet of Sole and Flank Steak. Cheese garlic bread everyone loved. Antipasto was good, but worrying it is on a cutting board, so no edges to prevent spills and the oil drops on my blouse when they came to put it on the table. (Dolop of Shampoo and a little rub, it came out directly! Spaghetti with meat sauce, plain steak and steak with mushrooms and onions were the family order. The basics ; Hubby and I dare more with food. We had Pasta Fagioli and Lentil Soup. We thought it was a cup or a small bowl, but we got 2 large bowl of soup that would have been a meal in itself. Both were good. The peculiarities of the day were Pork Shank and Black Seabass. Pig meat Shank was so tender that you don't need a knife. Seabass was amazing! Definitely recommend! It was a week and I still remember "

"I regret to say that my experience with Antonio's Pizza has been consistently disappointing, both in terms of their food quality their abysmal customer service. After a previous order mishap where my pizza was delivered wrong and cold, I decided to give them another chance when the manager promised me a free pizza for the inconvenience. When I called the place to order tonight 7/8/23, I explained the situation and hoped to redeem the promised free pizza. To my dismay, there was no record of the incident in their system, despite the manager assuring me that my information and the issue were noted. This lack of organization and failure to honor their word was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the manager I spoke to this time was not only unhelpful but also downright rude. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and attempting to rectify the situation, they dismissed my complaint and refused to provide a pizza. The customer service I received was shockingly poor and left a sour taste in my mouth.Considering my consistent negative experiences with both their food quality customer service, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Antonio's Pizza to anyone will be doing my very best to promote them in the worst way possible. I am a disgruntled customer and will take my time in advertising the poor service I received from you. From this day forward, I will be blasting your establishment online and in person. Consider this free advertising. You can say I have nothing better do but for the next 30 days, but I will take 15 minutes a day with free negative advertising for Antonio's Pizza in Port Chester, NY. All you had to do was honor your word. Now look a Google review for something that could have been fixed in 1 hour with 1 pizza. Such a shame guys. More to come. Feel free to reach out to me."
