"I’m gonna give it a two stars why cus good customer service but…there pizzas I order two of them I ask for a bacon chicken rance pizza and pepperoni okay the bacon chicken rance pizza was the biggest disappointment in my life! I love bacon chicken rance pizza! I order it everywhere but this place omg I never in my life try nasty bacon chicken rance pizza ever! so I try it and it a weird after taste idk it taste like oil like they put it in the fryer it was mad Grease one bite my heart starting hurting and I don’t like grease pizza that already a red flag right there. the chicken don’t have a flavor barley ranch in the pizza the bacon you can’t even taste the damn bacon sadly 20 bucks for a large is ridiculous! Twins pizza pan pizza is like 13 dollars highly recommend to go there! Ummm the pepperoni was madddd greased in it legit like a river of greased like it was raining or something it was okay but just took a bite and give it to my family cus I did not like the pizza maybe it’s me but I heard there sizes are good maybe there pizza ain’t good or something but I wanted to try it and yea maybe everyone is right…. Rate 1-10 I give it a good 4 out of 10 hopefully In the future they take that grease outta of there pizza it can give someone a heart attack and kill someone with all that grease!"

"The owners here use people. They drive a $100k BMW have their kids working here. If you deliver for them, they pay 6 bucks an hour, you're washing all the dishes and doing all the cleaning while his kids take all the deliveries. They hide tips and probably keep half. When i called him out on it, the owner shaddi tells me i look like a druggie. What a joke this guy makes fun of people. He's keeping tips if that's his only response to an older skinny guy who has cancer. I grew up in an orphanage because my mother was an addict. So this really upsets me. Especially since i dont use drugs. Rich guy picking on people that he uses. Well done. They don't clean at all. They have a rodent problem. Dead mice or rats out back and you can smell it."

"I ordered food and never received it. I called because I was waiting for a hour for a cheesesteak and 10 Buffalo wings. The person the phone said the driver should be close and on the way to me. Time goings by I called the store again was put on hold and hung up on. Now it’s 12:00 am and the store is closed. I order my food at 10:25 pm and I couldn’t get throw to anyone anymore after they hung up on me. The food was already paid for I paid with my card. So they just took my money and knew they wasn’t gonna deliver my food."

"We were warmly greeted and taken to our table that we requested. The server Brian was very nice and helpful. The food was a little disappointing for the first time ever. We went to an early dinner 5pm) and my husband ordered the Prime Rib medium rare special of the night). When our food came out our waiter Brian let us know that it was the last piece of Prime Rib and they were out and that it was not medium rare it was well done). At this point my husband accepted the dinner because we had plans after and didn't have time to order something that cooked to his liking we also wanted to eat at the same time). Very disappointed that the chef did not let our server know when he pulled our dinner ticket that he would not be able to serve the Prime Rib medium rare because it was the last piece and to check with us prior to cooking our dinner if he would like something else or if that was going to be ok. Every other time we have been there, the food has been wonderful and perfectly cooked. But, it seems weird on a Friday night at 5 pm to run out of your special Tiramisu) so early into the evening."

"The name and the prices caught our attention. After considering a couple of other restaurants with fancy dishes and high prices, we opted for this more moderately priced place with the great name. It looked inviting from the parking lot and had a lovely interior. My husband ordered the enormous Smokehouse Burger, and it was excellent. After checking the calorie count, I chose the half Southwest Chop salad, which was delicious. My husband's fries were a delightful addition that made me feel less deprived, as they were fantastic. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service, food, and atmosphere, which exceeded my husband's expectations for some reason. The bar was also busy, so the drinks must be good!"

"The people are very nice but I would not come back I'm afraid.. I don't think they are really having quality control on the food coming out of the kitchen. The place was not busy and so maybe the quality of ingredients are not the best. The salad could feed 5 people.. Caesar you can't really take home. There is usually a bread service to go with Italian. That was missed. Then finally the dishes were so cold my wife's food felt like it was take from the fridge it was so cold. I had the beef short rib and it was just warm. The pasta was ice cold and watery and the sauce was room temperature and jelly like. The chicken was the only hot thing but it was burnt. My mashed potato's were so cold like they were taken from the fridge reheated and then sat for a while. Plus large pieces of potato and another tell tale sign was watery and not creamy. My short rib was also cold and when I had them take it back I waited forever. The sauce was split and not fresh either.. When it finally came back it still wasn't hot but room temp. The waitress was awesome and people like I said were nice but the food quality I give it a one star and the service brings it up to two stars. Sad to see but in Mandeville it's hard to have a great restaurant because there just isn't enough people dining out. So I hope they can make changes for the better and make food better.."

"Waitress was nice, slightly/awkwardly confrontational about some specifics of the order. There's no way that Caesar dressing was homemade tasted like it was squirted right from a bottle OR just had so much mayo and salt that it was nothing special. Clearly no garlic, anchovies, or fresh lemon juice. The pizza was also just so mediocre. Nothing special about the toppings, and the crust... THE CRUST. No character. No excitement. Go there, taste it for yourself, make your own judgment. Lol"

"They got our order wrong. We ordered a quesadilla with only cheese and chicken and they added peppers onions and tomatoes. They forgot the garlic bread on our shrimp basket and I called to let them know, they did absolutely nothing to compensate. They were just gonna write it down in their notes and that was it and I had ordered additional meal."

"That's right in there. Detroit Style Pizza is at the Springfield of Cocco and it is AWESOME! They simply added it to the menu this weekend, so we gave it a try today. Delicious from the sauce (Garlic w some zest) to the cheese (pot, fresh) to the crust (beautiful crisp edges so good). And it's huge. Three hungry adults are over halfway. Cocco’s Springfield: Please keep this on the menu. It was amazing and we will be back for more! Yum!"
