"I work in the food industry and usually don't like to complain, but I picked up some food from this restaurant on my way home last Friday. I've ordered from here before, and the food has always been excellent! However, this time the pizza was undercooked. I understand it was a busy Friday, but still... I took pictures of the pizza and called the restaurant to inform them, but the manager wasn't available. I was promised a call back in a few minutes, but that never happened—I felt completely left in the dark. I finally got in touch with the manager the next night, and I found him to be quite unprofessional. Because of this experience, particularly my interaction with the manager, I will be avoiding this place in the future. There are plenty of other great pizza options nearby, like Marcos, Gino's, Papa John's, and Domino's."
