"Ridiculously slow service. Food is average. Loud when lots of people. Follow up. After we left I received a reply to my review. Not sure if it was because they saw my review before we left or it was just normal policy to respond when they get reviews. They did acknowledge how long we waited for our food (almost 1 hour) and took something off the bill which was a nice gesture. The waiter also apologized several times. I have eaten there many many times and dont remember ever having this problem. I guess i just expected a restaurant that specializes in large family style dinners to be able to serve 3 basic entrees in a reasonable time. Definitely give this place a try. If it's really really crowded just be aware you may end up waiting longer than usual."

The bagels are fresh and delicious, perfectly paired with their light whipped cream cheese available in a variety of flavors.
