"When a 20% gratuity is included we expect to get great service. It started off well, but as the night went on, it took 20 minutes to get our mussels and chocolate cake. Took another 10 minutes to get a glass of wine that was ordered at the same time. It should never take 30 minutes for a glass of wine. The waitress didn’t check on us for at least 15 minutes when we had to flag her down to ask where our items were. It took another 15 nights after we were done eating to get our checks, another 10 for her to come back and get the payment. Valet service was also full and told us we had to park on the street or in the underground garage. I won’t be back…"
