"I can't think of a bad restaurant experience. as in, I never wrote a review, but this time I felt that. we have kept up on an open table, but when we showed up, no one knew we were coming. as manager in customer service I felt bad for the waiter because we had a big party and they were unprepared. That is why we have kept up. where is the miscommunication? the chicken parmesan was burned, very bad it could barely intersect with a sharp knife. the waiter mixed every person order and could not seem to follow everything. when his coworker came to bring our food while he was gone, they gave several commentaries on how incapable the waiter was. he was. but did not have to be told by her. the salmon on the salat was raw, I love sushi, but I also love to be cooked the salmon in my cesar salat. the wrong pizza coughed on the wrong table and had to regain it. the potatoes to the pot roast were hard as a rock and cold, I think it was cut and never boiled. not worth the accumulated $400 bill in consideration of the half of eating went uneaten, the children ate the pizza and that was it.
