"First time at Newton’s Saddlerack and won’t be the last time. Wonderful experience with truly delectable food. The Chick Fried Strip with Jalepeno Gravy was so tender you didn’t need a knife. The portion so large we needed a to go bag. The salmon piccata was wonderfully tender with asparagus in lemon butter sauce served with linguini. The bread pudding was the finishing touch. Cowboy Chef Newton and his wife, Melanie, greeted us and wished us well on our 25th anniversary. YUM."
