"I have been here a number of times and the food is pretty good. Usually the servers are very engaging and pretty much on top of the follow-up with checking-in at the table for drink refills, to see if everything was ok. My reservation was at Noon so before the total lunch rush. I received my drink as I was there first, had to flag server down when my lunch date got there for her drink. Our mistake was not giving the order right then because she disappeared and we had to keep turning out necks looking around to flag her down again. Our food took a bit long for a burger and a salad. We had to hunt her down again for extra sauces....finally asked another server for them. Then the food runner for to-go's. Basically, the server took our order and NEVER came back. No drink refills, no, is everything ok with your food, do you need anything...nothing. It was the worst experience yet! I always feel like service takes too long here in general, especially for work lunchtime, but still I come. This visit did it for me. I don't plan to be back until something changes, maybe more servers need to be hired. Then the host didn't check me in properly and I got a missed reservation email from Open Table, which I rectified, but just added to the disappointing experience."
