"I don 't like writing bad reviews but I 'm so frustrated with the absolute lack of customer service. Ordered topokki with cheese for my daughter for pickup. Ordered directly from the restaurant to help them avoid the exorbitant fees that 3rd party delivery services charge. When I brought home the food the cheese was missing which they charge an extra $3.50 for. Ok, mistakes happen. I called to see if I could get the extra charge credited back to my card. I was told that they can 't credit my card back. What?!?! You can charge my card but not credit it?! The guy who was on the phone said we 'll give you cheese at no charge next time. Sure way to lose customers...sorry there won 't be a next time."

"Great Korean Chinese food here. Fresh, hot and delicious taste. Portions are large here and can be shared with 3 to 4 people! We ordered jampong spicy seafood noodle soup which had plenty of fresh mussels and squid. The sweet and sour chicken with sauce on the side was good but the vegetables were almost raw not cooked. The black noodle dish was delicious but only had squid in it and very little shrimp. All food was very delicious and priced reasonably."
