"This restaurant is a solid three-star establishment, but I find the numerous five-star reviews to be questionable. I ordered the Shawarma wrap, which came to $18 with tax, along with fries and a drink. My main impression was that I felt like I was eating a meal that should have cost around $8 to $10, not $18. I didn't feel satisfied with the portion size or the overall quality, especially given the price. There was one bite early on that I enjoyed due to its flavor, but at $18, it just didn't add up. I'm compelled to give this place one star; it's hard to believe it has a 4.5-star rating. For others, I can understand a three-star rating, but my experience really didn't live up to the hype."

"When I say finest food I have had in awhile when it comes to middle eastern food!! That's what carousel is!!! Wow!!! I have bookmarked this restaurant for awhile because of how many people have recommended it and never had the chance. So there was a group of 4 people. They have a variety of items and we decided to go with with the carousel feast for 3 because it seemed like there was a lot of food. I had the appetizers and they were phenomenal!! I didn't have the meat but it didn't seem to be as tasty as the appetizers. I also think that the meat wasn't for three people. I didn't take a picture. The tea was just okay. Our server didn't understand us. We asked for tea with mint so black tea with mint but we ended up getting something else. He still ended up bribing the other one. As for the dessert it was also just ok. My favorites from the appetizers were the fattoush salad, baba ghnouj, and mohamra. I have to admit the appetizers were really good and I would prob only order appetizers because it's really filling. Our server Fady was very attentive and made good recommendations. Will definitely return and order more delicious food and recommend it to friends and family"

"Disappointing. My wife and I were married at this facility 21 years ago, and it was our anniversary. Although it was a different ownership and venue then we thought it would be nice to celebrate there. We had a 7pm reservation. Arrived 15 minutes early and was told to wait in the lounge until the table was ready. We ordered drinks. 15 minutes later, we were brought to our table and was told our drinks will be brought to the table. 45 min later, my wife received hers, and they asked me what it was I wanted again? 1 hour later, my drink arrived. I was going on 2 hrs and we haven’t received our meal. We told the waitress to just get our check we are leaving. She came back and told us they are just plating the food, and do we want it. We agreed to accept the food. The food came and it was COLD! My wife’s salmon was dry and salty. On top of that, they charged us for a 50$ bottle of wine we didn’t order. They said they were having a staffing issue, which is too bad. We wanted to like the place. Happy Anniversary!"

"The food was very good, but the service was slow and terrible. We started to order, but I was informed they were out of my selection. When I hesitated, because I had no Plan B, she immediately walked off and didn't come back for 15 minutes. We placed our order, and she came back to say they were out of my husband's selection. She suggested another dish, which he accepted. Later, we overheard her taking the order for another table. She only became attentive when she presented the check."
