"12/7/21: There is nowhere a refill cup (Menu article offered) in the men's room, so I have to balance it on the soap dispenser when washing my hands. Today it fell and created the concussion. I appreciated the friendly response of management when I let them know about my fault. They also have a female worker who really seems to enjoy her job: she always makes rounds to really welcome every guest. I also appreciate it, it welcomes feedback. 10/6/21: The management here seems to listen to feedback. They'll wipe tables more often and sweep the floors. I am impressed and the location is kept quite clean. Thank you. 9/27/21: Meh the men 's restroom could still improve. I increased because the GM treated my order today and offered great hospitality. He was welcoming and enthusiastic, and I saw this at other visits while I addressed others. There was no waiting for order, and I see many people working here today, but they didn't stand around either. From my retail days, I want him to work for me. 8/26/21: Men's Urinal still disgusting, but hey the tables seemed to be wiped today! Small victories. 8/17/21: 3 weeks later and the urinal still rough, although they added a urinal cake. I don't understand how someone is willing to get there and do that, but they don't delete things with disinfectants. I used to say that the restaurant was kept in good order. I have given more attention and if I'm here at 4:00 a.m. a few times a week, all tables were used and not wiped. There are such reasons during a pandemic that they need to implement uncomfortable animal systems (red vs purple etc.) that restrict people from eating. Whether they agree or not, why don't people understand? There is a health school literally over the street where students are taught disinfection and sterilization protocol for surgery all day. __ Previous review 3 weeks earlier: People here are respectful and fast with accurate service. They do not clean the men properly the toilet room, especially the urinal. My home is very dusty (it's old), so I know that this movie of dusty nastiness is not just one day or two. And there is really no way to blame the customers. I still feel stereotype at today's age, so I'll say 'safe, we're men,' but that doesn't mean we all live as if we were still in a college community. I am proud of this community, and the rest of this restaurant location is quite polished, there is no dust everywhere, the ventilation openings are even clean, so I would really like to be improved. If it is cleaned from next week when I'm routinely here, I'll increase my rating to 5 stars, remove the urinal photos, and replace them with some that show how clean the restaurant is on that day from Fairness.
