"Awful experience. After waiting 20 minutes for our food, we saw the girl at the pickup window and she told us it was ready. However, when we went to the window, it was clear she needed to go to the bathroom. The guys inside just let us stand there along with a few other waiting customers. One woman had been waiting for a hotdog for 15 minutes. A man asked if anyone was waiting for an order (which I could see through the window), I nodded yes, but then nothing happened—we just continued to stare at the food. After another 10 minutes, the girl finally returned and handed us our meals. Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm and not very good, but we were so hungry by that point. We ended up spending $26 on a plain burger and fries, and a special order of mac and cheese bites."
