"I ordered food from this restaurant tonight. When I went to pay for my food. I handed him (owner) my credit card. Before he ran the card, I told him to add something from the cooler that was right next to the register. When I turned around from the cooler, the owner had thrown my credit card on the counter and went about his way. Instead of handing it back My credit card to me. I told him that was very unsafe and I could’ve just walked away, not realizing that he didn’t hand me back my card. That it was very impolite And disrespectful of him to just throw my card down on the counter . This wasn’t the first time he was rude to me. This is the second and last time because I would never go back there again. He seems like he just doesn’t like my presence there for no reason. So I will Take my money and spend it somewhere where I am appreciated."

"The restaurant was conveniently located for us and the menu looked good. When we arrived they had no means of checking a reservation and didn't have a table ready for us. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to greet our table at all, so we were able to already decide on our dinner by the first time a server talked to us. It then took another 25-30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. We had a Caesar salad, sliders, and lobster mac and cheese and I wouldn't order any of it again. The beer was good and it seemed like a fun place. There was live music that was really good, but the whole place was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation."

"I also tried the wings, which had surprisingly good hot sauce, and the cheesesteak, both of which I liked. During my visit to the new, larger location, I tried the chicken Parmesan dinner, which was a huge and delicious portion. The side of pasta and salad were also generous servings. I will definitely be returning for this dish in the future. The two-slice pizza deal was a great value and the pizza itself was excellent, with a thin, crispy crust and plenty of toppings. Be sure to save room for a cannoli, as it was also very good. Overall, this restaurant is a fantastic addition to Center City Chalfont and I highly recommend it."

"We have been dining here regularly for about a decade. We've experimented with other places, but we always return. The quality is consistently excellent every time. "I never have to enjoy a meal. When we arrived, I was told that it was 45 minutes. I told the hostess that I made a reservation on an open table, but she said nothing was open until later. Very disappointed that we drove up there and that was said. We always enjoyed eating here, but now I hesitate to make a reservation and find out as soon as we arrive that we have to wait so long. At least the courtesy must call and let us know in advance when there is a problem."

"I live near this restaurant but had not been there before. While sitting down, the waiter accidentally spilled water on me. Oh well, accidents happen. "$3.00 for a slice of pizza that’s nearly a quarter of a whole pie? Absolutely! This was the spot where my friends and I headed after hitting the bars. Even with us and many other intoxicated patrons, the staff were efficient and courteous. I’m really disappointed that places like *Sams* have closed down. Even when I was 1500 miles away from home in the summer, all I craved was pizza from there. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was unmatched. "Food is okay at best, but the last time I ate here the habanero chicken was dry as jerky and barely edible. Too much sauce and it had a slimy texture. Not worth my money. And I overheard from one of the employees complain that they weren’t tipped. All you did was take cash out the register and give change back. I get it we struggle and need to make ends meet. But if you hate your job that much complaining about no tips, maybe it’s time to look for another job where you won’t rely on tips to make a living. That or stay in school."

"Ordered through GrubHub two consecutive nights and both nights, items were missing. On the second night, after speaking with a GrubHub representative, I was given a partial refund. Not even ten minutes later I get a call from a man at the restaurant harassing me about my missing items. I didn't pack the order, I didn't deliver the order, I didn't receive what I ordered. Business owners attack good customers, not even looking at who delivered my order and the third party company that is used. Don't worry about me having any missing items from your poorly ran establishment. There are plenty of places that value their customers and making sure they actually receive what they purchase.The restaurant owner has the audacity to reply in the manner that he did, which shows the public he's only trying to protect his name and restaurant. I have photos and screenshot representatives. It's actually the restaurant's delivery drivers that are scamming for the company, GrubHub doesn't deliver for this restaurant. I did not know that but thanks to the GrubHub team for speaking to me and considering removing this restaurant from their service after learning the restaurant has multiple complaints of the same issues."

"Such a chill spot to hang out at. I loved all the outdoor seating/beer garden vibe that it was giving off. We went here for a work lunch so we sat inside. But it was such a relaxing environment, the staff were all super friendly, we got seated and served pretty quickly.
