"I visited Super Taters And More! with my son, despite hearing a coworker share a negative experience prior to my arrival. I had been there before and thought perhaps the staff member who assisted her just had a rough day. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted and was asked if I had called in an order. The same went for the customers who arrived after me. I moved forward, knowing what I wanted to order, but the owner assisted the cook with orders that had been placed before I arrived and then rudely turned back to ask if any of us knew what we wanted. I placed my order, but before I could even pay, he took the order of the customer behind me. I received my receipt and was informed it would take 20 minutes. While waiting, another customer who was also waiting overheard him tell her that if she had called in her order, she wouldn't have had to wait as long, but it came off as condescending. Based on my experience with the customer service, I likely won't be returning. If the owner treats customers this way, I have little hope for the rest of the staff."
