"error rate up to 80% started with a 75% error rate, went to 80% and then to 85% error rate in errors made to my pickup orders last year. I originally never checked my orders, but every time I came home, I noticed something was missing. I accuse myself not to check before leaving, but how hard is it to get a simple wing / rider / nachos order right? missing fires, false wing sauce, forget carrots / ranch dressing, 2 orders of boneless instead of one and one, failing to give me reward points, adding things to my order that I did not want, etc. seriously, how uncompetent can these people be? I have even stopped ordering online because of the mistakes and ordering only in person now, but still they do. I have recently been informed that another regional manager has taken over so that hopefully the dinge will improve (they cannot get worse). below are the updates since my original review:Update 8/14/22. like the clockwork they forget the ultimate afteros with my order, but for the luck this time I checked. error rate now at 80%Update: 9/11/22. this time my big pommes were missing. now error rate at 85% omt, 3 bites for 40 wings and 3 pieces celery. platz is the worst update: 10/2/22. It could be that they finally learned. my order was perfect with all the things I ordered, including. Maybe it's a sign of things to come. we just need to see the worst management ever!"

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Okay. The service was bad. The wings were dry hard and very old over cooked and burnt 50 of them!!! 10 in each box with only a small containter half full each they were the smallest wings ever seen in the United States of America and on top of it. I ordered a salad okay just a regular salad and that was horrible. Just horrible the vegetables were old. The lettuce was Brown and had to throw the $20 overpriced sald in the garbage. Again, the wings were the worst in the world It was so embarrassing to bring them home. It was a takeout for three families takes them home. I think we got like. $50 with the food in all wings and paid cash and the short young rude blonde even begged us for a tip after giving g us a worthless free 10 wings if we come back. Worst experience ever will never never go back. We have told all our friends and family about it and warn them to be where. If they wanna Be ripped off. That's the place to go. Saint cloud Minnesota. Buffalo Wild Wings. We felt the young lady that worked at the take out window What had the worst attitude and quite a judgment and rude. Called about a refund policy when we got home after viewing the rotten food and she scoffed and said it was too late we already left the restaurant. It was 4pm."

"The size of the boneless wings were noticeably much smaller than previously experienced at other locations. We informed our server that the carrots and celery were missing. Never saw the server again until the end. When we told him again and he just laughed and said shall I get them now and box them up, only joking . No apology or anything. Really poor customer services. He seemed more interested in chatting and laughing with other members of staff. Not very professional. I 've given it 2 stars as the food that did come was tasty and as expected, but the size of the boneless were noticeably smaller. No stars for service."

"We made reservations for table of through open table the night before. I called the next day to update the head count from to The manager said he never heard of open table and he will not honor the reservations I already made because there was some sort of game night. The restaurant lost the business of people because of this. We also had to look for a place for my daughter’s birthday dinner in such a short time. This is such a disgrace. The owner should have made a mistake by hiring this manager."

"I love it! I got a mobile order, and it was good. UPDATE:. April 11, 2022-They still serve the same great food. I redeemed my birthday certificate for six free wings. They tasted great! All I had to pay for was the tax and my drink. I definitely will come back. UPDATE:July 9, 2022-And I did come back! Again, they still serve the same great food. I ordered six wings with Honey BBQ sauce, and Diet Pepsi. I topped the meal off with a slice of New York Style Cheesecake. Everything was just as delicious as before. You know I will be coming back!"

"We booked a table through open table and when we arrived the host had no idea how to even check that a reservation was made online. The waitress was less than interested in doing her job. Checked on us once throughout our meal, everyone ran out of drinks. Food took awhile to arrive and was just ok. Didn’t even get my side that came with the meal. The restaurant is very loud and very dimly lit making it difficult to even see the menu. Overall not impressed and wouldn’t go back."

"I will never return to this restaurant! I placed an online order at 5:00 pm, which was supposed to take 30 minutes. I waited outside until 5:15 pm before going in to let the staff know I was there, but I was completely ignored and felt invisible. By around 5:30 pm, I inquired about my order, and a staff member informed me that it was being bagged. During that time, I watched four other customers who had come in after me receive their orders. After waiting until 5:45 pm—nearly an hour—I approached the front to ask for a refund, only to discover that my order had never even been made. I felt invisible again, as every other customer was being served except for me, and no one could provide an explanation. When I asked for a refund, I was told I would have to wait until the end of the shift despite my long wait. I then called corporate and spoke with the district manager, who said he would send me a gift card for the inconvenience. I provided my address, but I never received anything."

"This wasn't the first time this kind of thing has happened. My friend and I went here 7/9/23 around 6pm, they were not busy at all when we first got there. We waited over 10 minutes to place our drink order and another 10 before we got them. We placed our order and our appetizer came out in a timely manner. We waited for our food and my food came out around 30 minutes from the time we placed our order, however, my friends food took over 50 minutes from the time we placed our order and was told her order would be removed from the check, and it wasn't. We waited to speak with someone but they went to the back and never came back out for 5+ minutes so we just left. We had two tables that got there over 10 minutes from when we walked in and they were gone before my friend even got her wings."

"I had a negative experience at this restaurant before, but the manager tried to make it right so we decided to give it another chance. This time, our experience was good overall, but I was disappointed to find out that this location does not participate in all of the state and national franchise promotions. "Very horrible experience. Walked in and the host tried to sit us at a dirty table that wasn?t cleaned. I asked can he move us to another seat and he handed the menus off and said You can go sit where you want. My friends and I waited and entire hour for thefood just for it to come out extremely cold! "I arrived just after dinner, and the place was quite quiet. I had some difficulty placing an online order for takeout, but the staff assisted me promptly and made the process very easy. The wings were fresh and generously coated in sauce, which I really appreciated. The employee at the front was very friendly, and everyone appeared to be in good spirits. I've been here several times and have never had a negative experience. Overall, I rate it a perfect 10/10. As for parking, there are usually plenty of open spots available."

"We were in B-Dubs on Sunday at 12 noon. Very quiet time to go. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very nice. The food came fast. Your Pommes are one of my favorites. They have a very good texture. Almost on the crisp side. Flavorful. I had boneless wings. Mild. The bread was not too thick. And they were crispy. Cleveland Brown's glass production went on. I was lucky to get the one you see in the picture. My son had the baconburger with cheese curds. He loved it absolutely. Good experience."

"We had two groups at the same table, we ordered at the same time the food came out 40 minutes apart. I had a hamburger it was so over cooked that it crumbled and tasted like charcoal. I have had many good burgers at other BWWs this is by far the worst. The wings were either cold or cooked so long they were just trash. No one ever checks on you with the new ordering system so we just left and ate popcorn at the movie for dinner. If you do your own ordering, get your own drinks, you should probably have some of the people standing around doing nothing cooking rather then nothing. I think you need to work on this new system. I will try back at this location in a year or so, I figure you will be out of business or have gotten your !t together by then."

"Second time here and the food was really good. We got One Appetizer of nachos with no meat which was really good and we got large fries and 20 piece tradtional wings. 10 Original buffalo and 10 garlic parmesan. The wings are so crispy even though they were stacked with sauce which made it really good. Also the orginal buffalo i dont think it was hot enough. I think they should put it down to the orange color scale. Best wings i have to say. Aso our waitress tarah was really nice. P.S the pictures are a lil edited for good color"

"I haven't had an order for takeout that has been correct at this location in the past year. Either there has always been something missing, or while the tag has been correct on the bag, the contents were someone else's order. In this case I get home to find my chicken plain. Both chicken entrees in the bag are 100% dry. While that is aggravating in its own right, I was hoping to at least find a sauce cup or two in the bag. I'm sure if you're reading this review, you've deducted that the search went poorly. Also the sauce is clearly on the ticket, so it is not an error on the order submission. Frankly If I wanted plain chicken tenders I'd order from Cane's. For what it's worth when I eat inside of this location, the service and food is usually correct. But the pricing is too high for carryout orders to consistently be incorrect. There are other local options for wings that don't end up with me having to write complaints online about poor service."

"I really love the Chicken Wings in this spot! Their food here was very delicious and freshly cooked. Their wings here are unique, tasty, and fresh, and the quality is exceptional! We really had a great experience at this place. Their menu is full of amazing offers and all of it is mouth-watering. The chicken wings will literally melt in your mouth, they also offer boneless wings, and all of it is worth trying! You can also order and add some onion rings or fries for the side. I also recommend asking the staff to include some dip on your order. They have the best chicken wings I have ever had. This place is perfect for special events such as birthdays, gatherings, meetings, dates, and others. The customer service is consistently great and awesome. All of their staff here is working so fast, they serve the food on time, and also they always got the right orders. They were so personable and professional. They all know how to treat their customers right. This place is always busy but their staff can still manage the whole place clean, nice, and comfy. The interior is well-decorated and organized, and the ambiance is fantastic. All of their customers found the place very relaxing and enjoyable. No wonder why a lot of them keep visiting this place over and over again. They also have outdoor tables and chairs. This place is now my favorite spot here in this area of Geneva. I would really love to go back again and explore their menu. Buffalo Wild Wings is everything! They are the best! Will surely recommend their place to all of my friends and family.
