"While chatting with our waiter, we learned he is the manager, Ben. He shared that Urbane Café is a family-run business with 31 locations. Our dishes were well-presented, tasty, and fresh. We did lower our rating slightly because we usually expect higher quality Ahi tuna, but the tuna we had was perfectly seared. As a nice touch, the manager offered us free cookies since it's a tradition for first-time customers.
