"I visited the restaurant today, and it was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Out of about 10 employees, only one was actually working, taking out the trash. The tables were dirty, and after our food was served, I had to ask for ketchup, salt, pepper, and napkins. I noticed about five employees sitting by the window, engrossed in their phones. When the girl finally brought me the ketchup, she nearly dropped the salt and pepper on the counter, forcing me to pick them up myself. When I asked for napkins or paper towels, the boy informed me they didn’t have any, and he didn’t even bother to look for some. As for the menu, I’m not sure what happened, but it's disappointing! The catfish plate costs $15, and the burger and fries are $12, but they lack the quality they used to have. I probably won’t be returning to this place."
