"I've visited other locations of McAlister’s where I was able to request extra dressing, so it’s confusing that this location has such a problem. The staff seems unaware of their own policy, as I’ve received conflicting information; one person says it's not possible, while another says it is. Even the manager has been off with their responses. They advised me to order directly from their website, but that also didn’t offer the option for extra dressing. It feels like they’re making a simple request into a huge hassle, and unfortunately, I’ve given them multiple chances to get this right. I’m at the point where I don’t want to order from them anymore if I can't get what I've paid for. The manager didn't apologize when I reached out regarding their customer service, nor did he offer any sort of discount for my troubles. They really need to improve their training before this becomes a bigger issue."

"This place is absolutely amazing! My only regret is not trying it sooner. I can't believe how long I went without enjoying their delicious sandwiches. Everything I've tasted so far has been outstanding. Their Reuben is one of the best I've ever had, and the Nacho Basket comes with a generous amount of chips and dip at a great price, which is quite rare in my experience. I really love this place! I would have taken pictures, but I simply can't resist diving in as soon as my food arrives."

"This place was quite nice. I didn't try any sandwiches, but I did sample the Spud Max baked potato, which was topped with ham, bacon, chives, olives, and cheese. The skin was wonderfully crispy, and overall, it was a solid choice. They had a voucher at the entrance for completing a survey, so I think I'll come back and give a sandwich a try. If it turns out to be really delicious, I may update my review, but for now, I'm giving it a pretty good 4 stars."

"I had ordered food off their website for delivery via Door Dash. Well the Dasher delivered the wrong order to me. I called the restaurant and I had spoken to a very nice girl I did not get her name unfortunately but who ever was working the counter around 2:30pm on 7/18/2023 is amazing she offered to deliver the food to me because I could not leave work to grab it myself. They went above and beyond to correct the mistake and I greatly appreciate it. I have eaten here many times and always is a great experience and this time was no different once the issue was corrected. Dietary restrictions: They offer Gluten Free Bread"

"I always order 3 mcalister club sandwiches and 4 bbq and 4 jalapeño chips every time. I usually never have a problem but today was just a mistake they missed up on my sandwiches and the blond young lady act like there was a problem with me. she treated me like I was dirty. I hate feeling miss placed in a place I eat 3-4 times a week and spends $30-$50 dollars every time. I hate to take my money elsewhere but if that continues or happen again I will no longer eat there nor recommend anyone else."

"Wonderful experience! This restaurant offers fantastic food and excellent customer service. The 32 oz tea was delightful—rich in flavor without any bitterness and perfectly sweetened. The lemon wedges weren’t huge, but they were generously sliced. The McCallister Club was delicious and bursting with flavor. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the side salad, which featured crisp lettuce and no spoiled spring mix, which is often a problem elsewhere. This deli clearly prioritizes quality control. The Black Angus Club was also very tasty, packed with plenty of ingredients. Additionally, the tomato and cucumber salad was firm and crisp, not the usual slimy or wilted mess. The pickle spears were refreshingly garlic-flavored. Overall, it was a splendid experience, and we look forward to returning soon to try something new from the menu!"

"The restaurant is in a somewhat hidden location, but the food is great. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the delicious aroma. The staff is very friendly and attentive, constantly checking to make sure we were enjoying our meal. I ordered the Southwest salad, hoping for a spicy kick, but it turned out to be on the sweeter side. Overall, it's a great spot to visit if you're a fan of fresh sandwiches."

"As you can see by the ticket in the attached picture, I ordered the Steak and Gorgonzola salad without the Gorgonzola or the Red onions and asked for cucumbers and black olives instead. They were actually options that I was given while ordering online. If you look closely at my salad in the second picture, you will notice that they ended up giving me the Gorgonzola and Red Onions and Did Not give me the cucumbers or black olives. The hilarious part is that they repeated my order back to me when I picked it up and had it perfectly correct, but whoever made my order apparently didn't even look at the flipping ticket, and I didn't find out until I got home about 20 minutes later. This was Friday April 1st around 7:15 p.m. and whoever made my salad needs to learn how to read the ticket of the order that they are preparing. Not everyone can handle blue cheese or red onions, so I ended up having to throw the entire salad in the trash after taking this picture. Also when they were reading my order back to me they mentioned that I had put no pickles with our sandwiches, but I had never said no pickles, in fact I wanted the pickles but never saw any mentioning of them anywhere. So the fact that the ticket said that I said no pickles, I feel like that's something that the online ordering system automatically throws in there so they can make people ask for them instead of just giving them with the order that they come with, so if you want your pickles you need to type that in the special instructions so you can make sure you get your pickles. Honestly kinda ridiculous, I mean seriously who doesn't like the pickle spear that comes with their sandwiches?"
