"While I waited for my food, two cars behind me left after becoming frustrated with the long wait. Clearly, the slow service was driving away customers and creating unhappy diners. To make matters worse, they had no soda available and only offered sweet tea.
When my order finally arrived, it was incorrect, and I didn’t even receive my drink. I had to wait once again, and when I got home, I discovered my order was still messed up. This experience was a huge waste of time and money. 
I’m considering going to the DQ in Cisco, TX, where I know the service is generally better. I've never dined inside this location, but I've heard similar reports of slow service and being understaffed. It’s clear that this branch needs attention. I hope DQ headquarters addresses the issues at the Breckenridge, TX location—more staff and better training could definitely improve the situation, or else they will continue to lose business. A remodel may also be worth considering."
