"First please know that when I get good food and good service I make it a point to call the manager over and compliment and tip mightily. My experience at this establishment was at the hand of the manger so I had no one to complain to. The poor service started with the beer which when I mentioned it was not cold I was told that 's the way it 's coming out . The beer arrived about 8 minutes after the wings. Now I admit I had asked that the beer not come too early. She nailed it ! Our server (the manager) decided that since we waited for the warm beer our wine should come out long after the entrée ' as well. They say consistency is key in running a quality restaurant. The delivery was brisk as she could not be bother with the customary can I get you anything else? Most places that have prices in the range here would train their servers to look at the table every time they are there for such trivial things like napkins, water glasses and maybe silverware. Sadly she was gone before I could say, you took my silverware with the appetizer plate . I waited till the wine finally showed up to be able to eat my meal. Speaking of my meal, while flavored well, I was happy to have my pocket knife with me to be able to cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. Every restaurant has a bad night, every server has a bad night but when you point out the failures you expect something more than a disinterested I apologize . And I 'm not talking about something being taken off the bill though the beer certainly deserved to be taken off the bill. I prefer restaurants succeed and breed competition. I hope Theresa McClellan, the woman that owns this place takes a long hard look at her manager. Having a bad night or a bad experience with a server is one thing but when it 's the manager that is failing so completely well, that 's a completely different thing in the restaurant business."

"o’briens. my man and I held a afternoon to lunch here. we have shared one of the grilled pizzas, chourico and paprika. before our pizza came out, we had every suppe. my man had the new england clam chowder and I had a bowl of lobster I thought the bowls were pretty big! my suppe was very creamy and sweet. I didn't hear any complaints from my man about his! I was unfamiliar with chourico (pronounced hurdle – reet -zo), and thought it could be similar to chorizo I don't like. it is actually a Portuguese sausage that is quite similar to chorizo, but not as chorizo is ground in the rule. I thought the chourico tastes better than I expected, and much better than chorizo, my opinion after. the pizza was pretty good. it didn't blow me away, but it hit the place. I think the pizza had discs, and it was after eating our suppe and a few discs pizza, we ended with the rest of it at home. there are not many inside seats, unless they sit in the bar. there are a few tables inside, but for the biggest part it is sitting terrace places. it was nice to sit on the terrace with the brise and watch the cars by. what I really liked was her water fountain in the middle of the terrace. they have fish toys that swim in it and nets that the children can use to catch the fish. I have no complains about eating, service or restaurant itself, but we had nothing that would really just let me come back. if we were back in the opposite, we must not come back."
