"My only issue is that this is the sole Sushi Paradise. The woman who greets you is very efficient, which can come off as a bit frosty at first, but with a little charm, she definitely becomes more welcoming. The staff behind the bar are fantastic; they're quick in preparing your rolls, and you rarely wait more than three minutes between them, even for the deep-fried options. The sushi always tastes incredibly fresh, especially compared to what I've had at other places. If you want to take advantage of the lunch pricing, make sure you arrive during lunch hours. However, even if you come for dinner, the price difference isn’t significant, and the dinner rolls are worth it. Honestly, I’m not sure how they turn a profit on the buffet, as it seems the food costs more than what they charge, but I hope it stays this way for a long time. This place makes me want to get a car just so I can drive to Puyallup more often to eat here. Definitely a 10/10 buffet of the year, every year!"
