"The night before the event, we asked if they could remove some jerseys hanging over our reserved area so we could decorate. The owner outright refused, stating, and I quote, "It is not my task to do that. It's yours. You take it down," even though the jerseys were too high to reach without a ladder or step stool. Given how overwhelmed we already felt, it would have been the least he could do.
To make matters worse, we were informed at the last minute that our group needed to pay a cover fee to enter. Since it was too late to cancel our reservation, we had no choice but to go along with it.
When we finally arrived on the night of the event, they had run out of pizza and instead offered to substitute it with 40 more wings, which they never produced. Additionally, we were told that we could not receive any refund or discount.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!"
