"I ordered the prime rib cheesesteak and it just wasn 't that great. I had one almost a year ago in Durham and it was awesome..so I expected this sandwich to be just as good. I was very disappointed. It was soggy for some reason. It doesn 't come with sauceon it so I 'm not sure how the bread got so wet? The bread should have definitely been toasted more...if it was even toasted atall. And the crinkle fries were fresh, but cooked in old grease...so they were that old grease brown and also on the soggyside. Not crisp at all. For my Mother and me to eat (2 RB sliders, 1 cheesesteak, 3 pc chicken tenders, 1 sm. FF, 1 lg. FF)..itwas $22.30. That 's a lot to pay to be unsatisfied and disappointed. Normally the food is good. I must say though, the cashierwas extremely friendly. And they suggested a red ranch sauce for the chicken tenders and that was really good. I had neverheard of it before. I wish I had gotten the cashier 's name. But overall, we do enjoy Arby 's and, of course, we will go back."
