When Kayla finally arrived, her only response was a casual "oh." The reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because of the woman at the front (I wish I had caught her name). She immediately apologized and started working on my order by herself, while the other employees, including Kayla, just stood around doing nothing.
I wouldn't have been upset about them forgetting my order if the others had at least offered to help her or provided an apology. It felt like I was the inconvenience for their mistake. The woman who assisted me truly deserves a raise, a promotion, and all the good things in life. I understand it was early in the morning, and the other employees may have been tired, but so was I. I was responsible for catering an office party, and their oversight made me late."
