"We used to love this restaurant for their great food and friendly service, but our recent experience was disappointing. The ventilation system was bad, the service was indifferent, our food didn't all come out together, the chips for the tuna appetizer were soggy, the music was too loud, the chicken paillard was burnt and cold, and the sole was overcooked. It's difficult for me to write this, but hopefully they will take notice and improve. If not, the half-empty restaurant on a Saturday evening may be a sign. It saddens me to leave this review."
